Warning! Don't say too much in your debt collection lawsuit.
Hi I received a court summons last week from a place called stark collections agencies and I tried to dispute it via credit reports and threw the BBB stating I have no acknowledgment of this account and I also don’t have a signed contract with them and requested said document and they provided me with something completely different then I requested(this was about a month or 2 before I got served the papers). Can I go on your website and receive some guidance or information even on here that can help others in need as well and thank you for your time in reading this
Music? ugh
I’m in chapter 13, I missed a payment due to switching jobs Now my payments are going up and I really can’t afford that What do you suggest
Thank you, terrific information! I've enjoyed this half-hour so much.
Really ? Can you convince me you’re not toothless ?
He sure is a good magician Jimenez Chief disappear 😂🤣
I am in Texas and the lawsuit was filed in New York I am on disability and cannot fly to NY. Is there a way that I can request a different way to come to court?

the original credit was given under false pretenses. You were NOT given any "money." The whole credit card industry is scamming us when we SIGN their contract. Please tell us the entire process from start to finish. WHERE does the credit card bank get the money that they claim you have in "credit" balance?
what about the fact that the company that sold them the original debt is guilty of privacy invasion since they've sold your personal info. and now it is/may be causing you troubles such as getting an apartment, job or anything else that is a result of them selling/buying your info and sending it to a credit agency like Equifax? They don't have the lawful right to invade your privacy in such ways that it creates a financial hardship for you that can lead to detrimental health issues.
The solution is easy. Use someone elses info when taking out the loan.
I am a 74 year old with no income just SS. I am being lawsuit what to do
I love this Channel too❤❤🤠🤠
Please take the background music off as it is hard to concentrate. This man is really interesting and I would like to hear him
He had money to pay lawyers plus 70% of the original debt amount. "Dan" is a deadbeat bum.
Gregs expression in the beginning is quite concerning.
I can relate. 👋
Hi guys from Canada. How about when the Bank appears to have wrotten off debt and Lawyer says he is representing the Bank..so i have feeling he is 3rd party buye but how do o know .. And he has already got default judgement !r
Does solo settle help with requesting a signed credit card debt validation from midland credit lawsuit?
How do you win against midland credit? Should you ask them for a signed credit card contract or ask the judge for it in the lawsuit
Omg I’d be so worried if my lawyer spoke like this guy.
Hello I am in the middle of a lawsuit from Debt collector on a mattress. I was a traveling nurse and I have all my bills on automatic payments. Somehow my synchrony credit card came off auto pay without my knowledge. I called as soon as I found out I was behind. I was paying to catch up my bill and then synchrony sold my debt. So, now I am going back for the 3rd time. The lawyer never shows up. Sends a sub but they don't have the power to do anything in their place. So, I don't know what to do.
Thank you for answering my question. The insight was very helpful. Y’all are awesome ❤
Whats a good settlement offer if the debt is valid for a hospital bill from 2022. The debt is in the hands of a lawyer and the court date is in December. The debt is a little over 2,000.
I need some help to file 4-5 civil rights lawsuits. Everything we filed with the court is denied. I now have proof Denison tx sent false information to the AG just so they wouldn't have to release any evidence to the public. All cause it incriminate their officer and hos misconduct. I am at my witts end.
It’s from Citibank credit card 😢😢😢
Dealing with Gurstel law they haven't sent me an email saying how much we settled. Will have them recorded is good enough? They are telling me after I send my payment, they'll send me something. Im nervous since a judgment is pending in a few days. So im jusy playing with days and getting it settle before that time frame.
Do a video on how to countersue these bottom feeders.
Why type during a zoom call?
Quite unprofessional.
In the past when sued by capital one I went to the first hearing and asked for discovery of the debt. They dropped it after that. Is asking for discovery the same?
🤨
Couldn't listen to all the banging, distracting music in the background. You should lose the drama! Going elsewhere for help.....
I have voluntary surrender auto loan with ally bank they never send me for how much they sold the car in auction and my account is deliquent.
Mmmm background humm and keyboard taps louder than the guy talking. Make smooth brain happy
For years, I felt stuck in the same cycle of debt, managing with minimum payments and feeling like I’d never get ahead. I know a lot of people feel the same, just trying to keep their heads above water. Eventually, I hit a point where I knew something had to change. I took control and learned as much as I could about managing money. It wasn’t easy, but slowly I paid off the debt and got to a place where I could finally save and even invest. Now, I’m debt-free and on track to retire with $3 million. It’s crazy how I went from drowning in debt to actually enjoying financial content, something I used to ignore entirely
I’ve always thought luck plays a huge role in investing. Without it, it’s hard to really succeed, no matter what resources you have
I agree, luck plays a role, especially in the short term, but consistent results tend to come from more than just luck. When I had only saved $150k, I realized I couldn’t afford to rely on luck or time alone. I needed a more deliberate approach that wasn’t just hoping for the best. Thats when I found Emily Ava Milligan, a fund manager whose approach to balancing risk and growth gave me the confidence to build from that foundation
I did a quick search on the name and found her page, and I’m curious to learn more now. I appreciate that you pointed that out
Um how can they pull your credit scores without your permission 😂 bizarre in the US.
Hi I have 3 credit cards that’s were maxed out the creditors closed my accounts due to not making minimum payment my question if I settle for like 50 to 70 percent and agree to pay can they still come back and try to get the rest???
My Debt Lawsuit Is Dismissed With Prejudice, thanks to your guidance. Now, how do I get it removed from the credit report because, that LMNV is still reporting late payments. Thanks for all your help
Hi, What if the summons did not include a complaint attached to it? Where can you find the complaint for the case?
The summons that I received do not include anything, only the case #, name of creditor, and the amount they want.
This is not free
Am I able to still negotiate during the discovery phase? I filed my answer and 4 days after they already sent requests for discovery and admissions. If i try to file a settlement now, then will they stop the discovery process?
So? Wasn't this supposed to tell you how you can negotiate your own debt? I didn't gain any knowledge about how to approach my creditors on my own.
I was never served a summons for a hearing in 2019, found out about it when my entire checking and savings were garnished.
Why can’t you ask for a motion for them to show authority that they were hired to represent their client? There are rules for that.
What do you do if you've only spoken to these people over the phone who won't give info but threaten to serve you without any docs
