Wow, this is exactly what I needed to see - thank you. I never heard of e-track and couldn't visualize it when the builder showed it to me for tie downs in my new aluminum cargo trailer.
I like the fact that it has a bed liner. That's going to make a perfect stencil. I also don't want to add flooring because I'll ruin it with my weight so that is seriously perfect tbh. Who knows we will definitely see about that.
Sweet build . I had this idea to try in my chevy express but disnt know it it wpuld work. Glad to see ot does. So i can undo it all for tools or add it al in for camping
Really love the idea of the E-Track and removable 2 x 4s for storage! I’d really like to know more about it as would other commenters. Is it noisy? Any issues? How exactly did you attach it to the wall?
Also trying to figure this out! We want to install some in our Transit van to secure pop-up canopies to the walls and I can't find any videos on how to attach the e-track to the walls.
In the last year, have you found that the e-track and joist holders have been strong enough to hold up all the weight (joists, bunkie board, mattress and people)? Any changes that you'd make now?

Building a bed like this for our ctc cargo camper. Thanks for the vid.
Good idea!Your van looks simple and functional...would you do a tour...most of the videos are done by people living in their vans....Thx🤗
Using the vertical for mine. Thanks for sharing
How did you attach the E track to the van?
I’d like to know too! How is the E tracks drilled into the walls? I think the e tracks are wider than the horizontal beam in the van.
@@SoCalKevin you can use self tap screws to secure the E-track horizontally across the vertical metal ribs in the van
Perfect!!!
Air mattress dan fold up toghter
