Thank you so much for this video and taking the time to do it You really helping out a lot of people, I have two 2023 MT09'S And did both of them simultaneously with your video. You're the best Thank you for putting these out.
Thank you. You won’t be disappointed. David the owner of Flashed by Vcyclenut is the master and a really good guy. Appreciate you watching and commenting
Hey Josh, appreciate your videos. Thanks for sharing. Might be missing it, but did you have follow up review of the tune with the exhaust and intake? Any gotchas, like the check engine light, 02 sensor preventing cruise from working or anything else?
Hey Mike, no follow up video yet. David at Vcyclenut warned me that the check engine light would be in for the first 20-30 miles after reinstall. This was my experience. The bike has been running great since all the upgrades. Very happy with the results. Only negative is fuel economy. I lost about 20 - 30 miles of range. I now fill up about every 120 miles. When is was stock I could stretch that to 140-150. But I do ride a little more aggressively since the upgrades 😁 Thanks for watching and commenting
Best advice I could give you would be to contact David www.vcyclenut.com He has been flashing ECUs for 10 years and has a lot for knowledge about the FZ-MT line of bikes. Thanks for watching and commenting
Hey Josh, great content, thanks for this. I literally just finished putting in my ECU (did DNA stage 2 filter) from Dave at vcyclenut who did flash and provided filter. Question: did your engine light go on after install? Mine stays on and I drove bike around the block a few times too. Followed your video to a tee. I have a ‘22 May-09sp. Please let me know…much appreciated!
Hi Hector, I did have a check engine light. David mentioned this could happen and it went off on its own after 15-20 miles. Thanks for watching and commenting
Thank you for this video. On your next video, tell us how you dealt with not being able to ride your MT-09 SP for a week. Seriously though, thanks a million.
@@davmanlop333 You're welcome. When you watch the video you'll see I modified my bar ends to fir them. You can skip this step and just get the graves adapters and a couple longer allen bolts.

I wonder if the same flash would work to unlock the power in 1st and 2nd on the 2022 xsr 900. Pretty sure it's the same exact engine.
