That's true. I called my local Honda dealer and the service guy didn't even know they have tranny filters lol. Bunch of clowns those service guys are.
This car is 2014-2015 not 2016
You would expect a professional mechanic to open the drain bolt overfill to check proper level.
Why you didnt change the cvt filter?
Only needs to be done at around 60-70k. Even then the cartridge filter is more important than the filter in the pan.
There’s another bolt that you have to open to gauge how much oil you put on. I guess you’re an experienced mechanic, and you don’t need to do it.
How hard do you tighten the Bolt ? Just hand tight
Trans fluid drain bolt = 36 ft-lbs. Plus, should always replace the crush washer.
