In Ghana, people have a great preference for building their own homes as opposed to buying them. Although it takes time to self-build a house in Ghana, the majority of Ghanaians say it is better when it comes to owning a home in Ghana.
Many Ghanaians prefer to build their own home rather than to buy because of the space it allows for creativity in how you want the home to look.

This guy ain't easy on the eyes! And she ain't no better. And as it should be his energy would be high he knows he's about to sell, lease, rents that house to some foolish person. And he is about to collect a nice commission off selling that house. My niece is a realtor. Realtors are nowdays just as bad as lawyers and Dr.s they are all about that money! Realtors only focuse is for you to sign on the Dotted line.
