- You could spend $10,000 to $15,000 to build a similar home, without Ron's specifications, according to the builder. Exploring Asebu's free lands ep. 3/4.
In this video, we meet Ron and check out his 2 bedroom home in Asebu's Pan African Village that he built in 6 months. We had a great time exploring his home and talking through his journey in Ghana so far. We also speak with the civil engineer who helped him with his construction, Mr. Richard, who breaks down the cost and process of building this 2 bedroom home. To construct a similar home without Ron's specifications, you could spend much less on this home, Mr.Richard estimates between $10,000 to $15,000.

This woman is simply gorgeous and very classy with her dressing, glad to see a new video from her.👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Agreed beautiful lady with a calming approach.
Thank you Fred and Mavis, and thank for watching!
She reminds me of Sanaa Lathan so much. Very natural beauty
It's not in middle of nowhere. I have Airbnb building there too and other things. Next five yests you will wish you came here as well. Thief is everywhere and you have to be vigilant at all time. Thank you
How far is it from the beach?
Well done 😊
It looks so peaceful I’m tempted..
Stay blessed and continue to be successful 🇧🇴🙌🏽
I recently visited Ghana and will return to see more.
Stay blessed young man!
it always pays to get in early. Good for you!
It’s still the middle of nowhere. 😅
@@xdmooo everywhere was once the middle of nowhere until people moved there 😊
THE BUILDING MANAGER IS A SERIOUS GUY WHO KNOWS HIS WORK ,YOU CAN TELL !
Open one floor spaces is the affordable way to go. The exterior has a modern design. He did a great job and the fact that it can be done in under 6 months is a plus.
I think the beams needed to be so open usually costs more than walls?
@@user-nr9ck3om3r good to know.
PEOPLE PUT BURGLAR BARS AND ELECTRIC FENCE FOR A REASON. DON'T WAIT TO FIND OUT.
No fence is a form of security too. When you walk around rich areas in abroad, everyone’s window is open. It gives you the feel you’re being watched. It’s about time we introduce social security.
I would love to build a house like that in Ghana. I have land but cant find an honest and reliable builder. Congrats to you.
Just link up.Going to very transparent.
If you want to build, make sure you are there & always check materials. Pay in stages. Foundation, walling, rim beam, plastering, roofing, interior plumbing tiling. Don't just give them a wad of money like that. Contract someone whom you'll pay in stages when they complete them. Don't pay any deposit.
Look for a reputable company, maybe search on google the top companies

The land is so Rich, beautiful and green
Yhus is great to see people returning to their ancestral land
Thanks Ron for the shout out ! Peace and Love ! Positivity leads
@EkowSimpson
@@aminsuluki1330❤
@EkowSimpson do they still have parcel of land available?
@@bonsujoshua3307 yes
I agree with Ron about feeling caged in with burglar proof bars and electrified fences, however there must be some security measures taken. This is a nice, cozy place...congratulations Ron!
i feel the same way about the bars. I need lots of natural light which means glass, but how to do it without bars? I have never lived behind bars, not even now in Brookkyn.
@@markweekes8858 I saw a TH-cam video once where they used plastic bars. The bars are made of the same material used for airplane windows and police shields. Not sure where they sell it, probably in the US. btw I'm in Brooklyn as well, at least for the next few months.
@@Uncle-BasilIn my honest opinion, I don’t think it’s the material the bars are made of, it’s the fact that,none-the less, they are bars and bars can make one feel caged in.
@@caroljackson4093 There is another TH-cam video where a window mesh was used for security. It was near unbreakable and it being offered as an alternative to bars. I wonder how Mr Ron would feel about using that? Sadly, after a recent break-in at his place he maybe forced to implement some kind of security.
Beautiful house with everything you need in a stylish package
Security doesn't have to look ugly. Amoaa is trying to impart some knowledge to the brother. If Amoaa was living in the U.S. we would try to help her navigate through unknown territories also. She's doing the same. It's best to leave Western thinking in the West.
His house is gorgeous!
Everyone is so nice in this video. It's encouraging.
27:25 Cost breakdown - Very helpful information on how to reduce your building costs.
"You could spend $10,000 to $15,000 to build a similar home, without Ron's specifications, according to the builder."
40:24 That would make a nice vacation house. Good idea.
So, how much did it cost to build this home?
@@faa9261 Why are you asking me? I gave you the information that the video gave all viewers. What else do you want me to say?
Dog is young and playful, get him some toys, maybe bored. Going solar is a great move. I love the highlight and open knowledge. A RAM four-wheel drive truck or any of your choice is good to have. For traveling and self transportation of goods will be a big help.
i got to meet ron he and his Dog were very nice and very helpful
Loving this, as a nigeria living in Europe I wished to have something like this back home!
Nice interview. The lady is so nice
Nice interview, Amoaa, as usual. Ron's my neighbor! 😊
😊 Thank you for watching, Karen❤! We have one more asebu episode with Mika'yal😃
But Ron,s he is ungratiful white man from uk. that's why he never made a video with ekow. the person who help him to got free land that he believe he bought for . it .he must tell us how much did he bought that big land if is not for free ....?? ( this black folks like Ron are cancer that I will make all diaspora look bad ....him and aleta istrael they are doing propagane about asebu pan Africa land .. they forgot that if they are there ..In Africa because of the chief and president who invite them how peoples can be so ungratiful ???

Beautiful house and beautiful land 😍. 🇿🇦Watching from 🇬🇧
You are very simple man and I like your wall too
Love the skylight!
Love the open plan simplicity!
I love the way he’s given himself scope and potential to continuously develop the property.
Love the skylight too!😍 Thanks for watching Marlon! You should check out a video I have of a villa in Lavington on the channel, not sure if you saw that already, but it has a skylight that is everything!
@@BuildwithAmoaa thanks for letting me know. I’ll take a look now.
@@BuildwithAmoaa . . My all time favourite is the amazing ‘A’ frame building. Watched that over and over. The technology, the simplicity I find intriguing.
@@marlonking8830 It's hard for me to pick a favorite but if I absolutely had to confess, it would definitely be the A-frame for me too! That home was stunning! I wish I could go back to the edit and fix my colour grading then because the video didn't do it justice, at all!😭
This is a beautiful home and location. I feel the same about bars and electric fences, dont want to feel like living in a prison. But having a couple of trained guard dogs would be a good deterrent from thieves. Also cameras along the fence wall.
Good optimization of the plot size with the house placement. Love how the house design makes for good natural light usage. Well done👍🏿
I like Main door 🚪 of the house very beautiful and durable
I love the structure it's different from the usual Ghanaian houses.
I insist on more greenery.
I guess I should be next to step in aseibu.
AMOAH. Great job.
Look who is back with great videos🎉🎉🎉🎉
Girllll 💁😂 C'est moi, ma chérie 😂
Congratulations Sir u are living the dream 🎉🎉🎊🙏🏿🍾🥂
Your kenya viewer is here.
Thank you for watching, Nick
I appreciate your wish to not have an electric fence, but a a fellow Londoner, and a Ghanaian, I would advise that you reconsider and have a fence above the wall for extra security.
Not to be rude but does the electric fencing stop thieves or it’s just a believe it would?
@@nkwofie25 great question. I believe it renders entry slightly challenging. Besides, a fitted alarm would be able to alert the owner of the presence of intruders. My mum has issues with petty thieves jumping over her wall, but this stopped after the installation of an electric fence above the wall.

Nice but need to beef up security. It doesn't look safe. Especially when it on TH-cam

Thank you for watching, Dorcas!
Very nice space. Lovely to see you back Amoaa. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching!
It is practically free. You don't expect the chief after giving you a free land to pay for the paperwork as well? Ask those who had to pay for their land and paperwork as well! Please show some appreciation to this chief. Others would charge you an arm and a leg for land. It is a beautiful house anyway. Happy for you.
Indeed.. absolutely, absolutely! I agree Everything* you've said with you. Respect.
The paperwork costs about $200. This costs $1,200. Land in the area costs between $500 to $700.
So how do I get to obtain a land from there"?
