Exactly. These other developers in Lavington imagine that the location is everything. This property is absolutely beautiful. I would rather buy this and another holiday home at Diani for the money being demanded for one of those squeezed townhouses in Lavington.😊

Wow whoever will get this house will be very lucky given that it was not made to be sold, the owner made it to live in it, every little detail was thought of to the benefit of the owners, they just went for the best of everything e.g kitchen alone was worth a fortune

WOW. The architect here needs an award for real. That's the most efficient use of space i've ever seen in houses in Nairobi. By the time I get that money, I'm sure it's gonna be already taken but I must find that architect to design a replica of this masterpiece.

As a Kenyan living in the UK, I can without fear of contradiction say that this is one house that has captivated me. The manicure gardens, the architecture, the suitability of this house is second to none. I would be very interested to know the architect and the guys who do the manicure gardens of this house for my own personal interest.

The attention to detail in this home is impressive. You can tell the owner was involved in the building process. And the solar is such a plus. More Kenyans should embrace fully relying on solar and kplc being backup. And the landscaping is also great. A very lovely property

The sounds of the waterfall echoing in my bedroom...47M is a bargain for that relaxing natural sound. The koi fish is a statement of luxury. Japanese style.
This is the perfect house I have seen you showcase. Everything is perfect from pricing to detailing. 47M is a great deal for this house.
Being a quick sale, it has been friendly priced, otherwise, this is a property that can easily fetch upwards of 50M
