My father is from Ghana. He was deported before I was 6 months old! Im 43 years old and my goal is to move to Ghana with my teenage daughter in the next year or two! Ive spent the better part of the last 3 year cleaning up my credit, and paying off all my debt in America so I can transition effortlessly! This video gives me so much inspiration to move! Is Ghana the only country y'all came from? Your acenstry result might even be from another African country. I feel African Americans should do Acenstry test before running to Ghana. What if your acenstry says you are from Sierra Leon or Liberia and yet you are calling Ghana home? My point is if you are trying to connect with your original ancestors , you should locate the original country where they originated from and that can be done via Acenstry test or a DNA check. There are 53 countries in Africa .

I'm from Antigua & Barbuda, 🇦🇬 as a part of 50 Antiguans travelling to Ghana Dec 3rd - Dec 15th 2024 to explore our ancestral roots from the Ashante Village. I am so looking forward to this life-changing experience. 🇬🇭 ✊️✊️✊️
I'm heart broken . I would like to visit Ghana so badly. I feel like my soul belongs there. I always grt along great with ghanaans in the state. Lots of friends from Nigeria told me that I just look like a Ghanaan. I don't know how I can get it done. My wife does want to go there with me. I even tell people that I'm from Ghana, when physically I'm from the Caraibean. ❤❤😮😮😮
As a Jamaican raised in Georgetown Washington DC. This video is full of joy and also emotional when watching what our ancestors went through. I'm in tears watching that part. I can't wait to be there 2nd week of December with my Ghanain wife with our 4 year twins. Thank you so much for sharing

Thank you so much Odana Network. I appreciate the videos that you guys put out of the diasporans visiting Ghana. Some of us cannot visit ghana right now but I enjoy watching these video about ghana. Thanks again. ❤
GUBA you guys did an amazing job on the experience for our brother and sisters from the States. The photo with the Rafiki School did it for me that you couldn't differentiate them from us, there wasn't any difference and I always know after all fun&games there must be tears rolling if you visit the Castles and till date the scent, fear and heart beats are in there hhhmm anyways the last bit was awesome you guys nailed. I know it was a short time and add the Batik designing also to it. Thank you and Stay Blessed✌🌹😊

Great show! Great way to let the world know that Ghanaians are very welcoming and that it's a fun place to be. The foods are great, and it's a good place to chill out. There's freedom all around.
Superb travel package. They won't forget this experience exer. It's unfortunate our Queen who wanted the safari couldn't experience it. We don't have a big safari experience in Ghana. But I hope she loved the history, culture and the BLACK EMANCIPATION attempts.
@kwakuakonto8942 i agree. However there's limited numbers and limited diversity of animals out there. Safari is not our strength that's why we don't sell that in Gh. We are strongest in history and culture. Every country has its niche.
