- Here’s is a list of the top 3 best sound mustang 3.7L exhaust systems. They are in no particular order. As you all may know I had a 2014 mustang 3.7l v6 and had the Roush axle back systems on it. Here’s are the 3 best sounding exhaust systems for you mustang 3.7L v6 2011-2017. Disclaimer I am Not the author of some parts of the video. Borla Atak was $800 pre-pandemic. Now I can’t find it for less than $1,100. I was waiting to see if the price would go down after I paid off my car, now I wish I had gotten it sooner.

S types all the way! I've had the ATAKs, S types, Flowmaster Force II, and Mac flo paths over the years. The S types are the best

Roush is my favorite
I have a 2015 V6 with the Borla S-type Cat Back system. It’s sounds as close to a V8 as you can get. Once I get shorty headers it will sound even better!
Shorty headers and borla S type is the most perfect set up for v6
I wish i could find s types for 5-600 theyre 1100 now. I have roush with shorty headers and it sounds fire except for 3000 RPM. Then again part of me wonders if ill think the S types are too quiet if i switch. 1100 just seems insane for mufflers
How do you get your emissions monitors ready for inspection with them mods? I cant get my damn monitors ready.
I’m normally a huge fan of the S-Type but on the 3.7 the Borla sounded great!!!!

I like the Roush that’s the one I plan on getting I have a 2013 V6 Mustang. But at the end of the day it’s all on personal preference.

How would you quiet down the Roush system? I got it installed but it is a little louder than I expected.
I found that putting shorty headers tamed the roush system noise a bit, or you can go with some more restrictive resonators
Have a 2016 V6 mustang and it does not sound like a nissan at all ;unless you were referring to the 4 cylinder eco turbo
Is that what the borla ATAK exhaust sounds like without headers? Also is that the cat back or the axle back ATAK?

That definitely didn't sound like the Borla ATAK at the end. I had them installed on my 2014 V6 Mustang and wow was the sound amazing on my Mustang

I think I have it beat lol it’s also Roush axle back but catless and an H into a mini X with no resonator into axle back

Borla ATAK! I used to have it on my 2014 V6 Mustang. That last clip didn't do the ATAK justice whatsoever.
Can anyone help me on how I would add this to my car? Would i have to do it myself
Cat back exhaust is not much to do on the Mustang. Took mine in to the shop and was charged $25 for each side. Go with the Borla ATAK. The video didn't do it justice

Corsa sounds the best in my opinion.
Recently bought a 2014 V6 with exhaust already on it, I thought great that would have been my first mod! Turns out the exhaust the previous owner is absolutely garbage sounding, literally sounds like a 4 cylinder with a cheap $90 muffler slapped on.
Axle back Flow master Force II, god awful.
Flow master doesn’t sound that good for the 3.7 I recommend Roush or borla
I think the pypes bomb exhaust sounds better than all of these but that’s just me

Pypes catback sounds pretty nice paired with shorty headers and a off-road x. But by itself I'd take roush for the win.
