🔅 minced garlic ( 4-5 cloves)
🔅bacon chopped ( issued 5 slices of thick cut)
🔅Ham hocks ( I used two large)
🔅2 32oz of chicken broth
🔅1 Tablespoon of oregano
🔅1 Tablespoon of Onion powder
🔅Pepper to taste
🔅1 Tablespoon of Garlic powder
🔅1 Tablespoon of red pepper flakes
🔅1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
🔅 1/4 cup of hot sauce ( I used Texaspete)
🔅 salt to taste
🔅 1/2 cup brown sugar
🔅1 cup of apple cider vinegar
