One awesome thing about this double wide house is the fact you can also get it in a bigger version which I also have on the channel! I will drop the link to that video below! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor Homes. The model for this home is the “Horizon Limited Ed.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,440 square foot. I love this home, especially after seeing that you can opt for a bigger shower without the tub. I currently live in a split level the size of this home. If you're a couple, or only have one child, 1400 sq ft isn't a bad size. So much less to clean and this home really uses the space well. If only this home was available in my area.

I really enjoy your smaller home tours. I've come to the conclusion that, were I to buy one, there would have to be a separation between the kitchen and the living room. I don't mind if the dining area flows into the living room, but I am so over the 'open' concept. I wonder whether I am alone in that?

You're not alone. I've seen articles recently about how the open concept is falling out of favor. One of the contributing factors cited was the pandemic, and how difficult it has been for people to work from home while their kids are distance learning/home schooling in open concept homes. People now want boundaries defining rooms - aka bring on the walls! 😉
I know when my husband is in the kitchen, he is so damn loud banging pots and pans, slamming cabinets, clanging dishes while washing them that we need a wall as a noise barrier. Plus I don’t like my living room furniture smelling like whatever has been recently cooked, especially Fish! I get that open concept gives you the illusion of more space but I am not a fan of it.
This home is great. The beams, the kitchen. Like the island being a different color than the cabinets. Like the barn doors. Great layout. Thanks for touring a variety of homes but the ones this size are my favorites. Best part of the video is Cullen and his laugh. 😊🤗

This home is very cute and it is the right size for me and my husband! The price is also pretty nice! for everyone in America. Just this first quarter of this year is going to be amazing!
I really like this home a lot. I think this would be almost perfect for my husband and I to downsize to. There are only a few things I'd like to change and one being a wall up between the kitchen and living room. Put in a fireplace facing the living room that can be propane just in case electric goes out in the winter, you will still have heat. Leave the dining area open to the living room. The option to take out the master bathtub and have a bigger shower. Take out the door leading outside in the laundry room and have a soaker sink in there and switch out the two windows in the kitchen to either sliding doors or double doors that would go out on to a deck.
I loved this one. Not so much the strips on the bathrooms and bedrooms. Chance that little guy really looks like you. Such a little cutie and a ball of energy.

I like this one a lot. No carpet and ceiling vents. The shelves at the end of the hall were unexpected and cute. Still don’t like the main bedroom closet in the bathroom. One thing I have yet to see in any home is a wall oven. Us older folks can’t bend down as easy lol.
This is a very nice smaller home really like the kitchen. I always watch till the end but sorry don't want to Hurt your feelings but my heart melts when I see that adorable little Blessing! And defending his little animal friend from the dinosaur being mean. He is being raised right. Thank you for sharing the home and Cullen. Great floor plan! Husband & I raised 2 children in a 1400sf home & at one point had our DIL & granddaughter living with us too. 1400sf is plenty large for most families. We are now in a very large rental while we build another small home & don't like it at all. Too big to heat, cool & keep clean. This is a lovely home. Thank you for sharing.
Wow, can't believe the efficient use of space. Looks so open and airy. I think the kit cabs are birch wood.

I love the small shelves along the wall above the vanity in the master bathroom. That frees up a lot of storage space for sure! Smaller home, but super practical in design. I hope you and the Hulk had a wonderful Holiday season!

I love this floor plan from palm harbor. I can recognize it from anywhere. The smaller version is just perfect for me.
This is my all time favorite one you have posted. I’m a no frills person but I wanted a spa -ish bath in the master. My kids are teens and getting close to leaving so I was looking for something I could retire in and this is perfect! Small enough to maintain but still big enough to have some friends over and then go soak in my bathtub after.

This Home is absolutely adorable..I myself would arrange the living room a different way, but the kitchen is perfectly decorated... It's a roomy and spacious little home 🏠 with plenty of room..The color scheme and decor look really awesome and works well in this Home 🏠.. Wouldn't change anything except to arrange the living room different.. Good Job To All Who worked on this Home, Outstanding Workmanship.😃☀️🌼🌻🌞😊

My 2022 will be spent on plans and road traffic while I head back to work in a different state than my new tiny home.
You’re such a good dad. And this home is beautiful. Finally, one priced (slightly) lower than the house I’m in! It definitely goes to the top of my list.
I like a smooth finish on the cabinets. No grooves or edges.
How can you not smile when you hear giggles like that, melts your heart and makes your day brighter no matter what is going on around the outside of your mind. Cute house just not sure it would fit for me.

First Hulk Cullen's attack was awesome!! LOL!! Now, not much to change for me in this home. I like how the utility room is close to the kitchen but it still doesn't have a fireplace! Gotta add one of them. The vents would need to go in the floor because again, old folks don't need to be on ladders! AND the master bath would need the Geezer package in it while moving the closet up and putting a door into the bedroom!! No walls around the toilet either, may be a need for a wheelchair in the future who knows. Walkin tub with shower package would work nicely. Other than these few things it's a great little home!!

Really nice home for the size! Love that mirror in the main bathroom! So needed in every home! Only thing lacking is space for a freezer in the utility room! But over all, great small home at a great price!

This home is gorgeous. Although it's physically smaller, it still has everything a home needs and feels spacious enough. I LOVE the colour of the kitchen cabinets and it's layout.
