This would be perfect for those of us who WILL BE taking care of our aging parents.. they can have their end of the house with their own living room to watch what they want on tv, yet be close enough if they need help with something. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
This is EXACTLY what I was thinking. I will have my Mom who is bedridden, and my Dad who has been taking care of her but needs a break. I feel like this would be perfect for my Husband, son, and I to live with my folks. (My son is Autistic, and will likely be living with us for a very long time, if not indefinitely.)
This is EXACTLY what I am looking for. Thank you so much! I am an only child with TWO senior parents. One that is 80 and one that is almost 80. One lives with me currently, but the other will have to as well in the very near future so I needed to find a modular or mobile home for all us of that they could have their own space and have room for home care personal to stay when needed as well when it comes to that. I refuse to put my parents in any kind of facility having a nursing background. You've done the work for me Chance!💗 I'm Very grateful. I couldn't purchase a traditional home for us all for their end of life care so this was my only option. I figured I could give it as a gift to my daughter and two young grandchildren afterwards. @@tammijackson6694 One of the things that I have discovered in the last two years, is even though we have a kitchen and a fairly large pantry, what I am having trouble finding spots for are things like air fryers, rice cookers, NinjaFoodi (like an insta-pot), mixer, etc. I do products reviews and am given these things, not like I went out and bought them all. But if you leave them out, you end up with no counter space. I currently have a lot of cupboard space taken up with them and still have a bunch hanging out.
@@gailrodgers3079 Hi, Just curious, how did you get to review products? Sounds like fun. There's several kitchen products I'd like to try, but there's no way I could afford them. Especially if after I purchased them they didn't work out for me; then your stuck with them and don't use them. Thank you, take care, stay safe. ☺️✌️☮️🖖 😷
The color of the walls and the cabinetry really complements...Bet you were breathing serenity in that calming green...😌 Absolutely loved the home office close to the main entrance.
This one blew me away. The person that stayed this one did an excellent job. 👏 I really enjoyed the tour of this home. The outside was a set up for sure. Who knew what a gem was waiting for you on the inside. ❤👌👍
This house is literally perfect for my family. With 2 teen sons, the area with the activity room, 2 bedrooms and bath is perfect for them, then my daughter can have her own bedroom and bath. I get an office, and hubby and I get a master retreat to get away from the kids! Absolutely PERFECT!
You said it! It sounds like the best of all worlds for your family. A nice deck in the back (maybe substitute windows for sliding glass doors in the dining room?) maybe a sliding barn door between the sitting room and master bedroom? That would do it for me! Great for entertaining.
This is it...this is the one, the bomb-diddy as my kids might say. What was breath-taking about this model to me was the tile work. Whoever chose the tiles in that master bath and actually all over deserves a bonus AND a big pay raise...you don't want to lose this person. So many rooms for so many people, no one should ever get bored here. You did a great job of showing Chance, you got a close-up of those countertops and tiles and it made them just sparkle. Does your wife do your hair? She does an amazing job please tell her.
Chance, you’re an amazing human being! Thank you for showing us these homes and all the quality work you put in. This house is gorgeous. Is like my dream house
The best mobile home I have seen thus far! Truly a favorite and so AMAZING! The best features to me were the sitting rooms which I have always wanted in a home.....PERIODT! Great job!
The master bedroom is kind of small so i’d say that room beside it is probably the retreat room? this house is insane ,,love the coral color on the bathroom.
This is a beautiful home. I am surprised how reasonable the price is considering the upgrades, i.e. the tiled showers in all three bathrooms and the counter surrounding the under mounted kitchen sink. The back splashes throughout the home appeared very classy. As always, you did a fantastic job. Thank you.

@Lyndsey Roach79 We do, we have many residential, what we call mobile home parks, though the homes are not as big as these are, they are mostly single wide and not as long, thats why I keep asking for one of these stunning homes to be shipped over here :)
I wish I could get a home like that, but my situation is not good enough. When I was 8years old I got hit by a car, do to that I'm on SSDI. I live in a trailer house ( tin box) it's a ok home, sad thing is that I turn purple in it cause it's cold and I have low blood serculation on my right side cause I got brain damage on the left side of the brain. This house is so beautiful. When I win the lottery I will come and get one. Thank You for letting us see inside this outstanding home.
This house is AMAZING! The description says 3 bedrooms 3 baths, but OMG am I glad I watched this. This home was nothing short of amazing. I got lost watching, so I know that's enough house for me and my family. Great showing as usual.
That's NOT a "mobile" home. Mobiles are the "trailers" of the past. These are "manufactured homes". And most today meet and exceed the strictest building codes in the country.
I believe it is a mobile home. As it is permanently built on a trailer frame and will be towed, making it a mobile, to its set up location. Even if the tongue and axles are removed, they can easily be put back on and moved to another location. So it is still a mobile home, just a much bigger one than those from the 60s and 70s. I know they are not allowed to be set up in subdivisions unless they are zoned for Mobile Homes.
Brian Roberts My camp has a 14 X 80 mobile home on it and I have a title to the mobile home, but I do have a deed to the 20 acres it sits on. If some one finances a Mobile home at least they own it with a lean against it. If they rent a place to live in, all they have to show for it is a stack of receipts.
Brian Roberts I had a realtor tell me a few months ago that the newer well built mobile homes don’t depreciate like they use to. I have also heard that some manufacturers will prefab their floor plans and bring them to your lot and build them on a concrete slab or a raised foundation. That way they only need to meet the square footage requirements, and a few other requirements like paint color for the subdivision and the subdivision would not need to be zoned for mobile homes. I think it is better to buy if you can, even if it’s a mobile home than it is to rent. I use to own a mobile home park and as a preteen until I was 17 helped my father build it.
Brian Roberts I watch a couple of Chances mobile home tours a day, because I like seeing how far the mobile homes have come since our first mobile home moved onto our property in central Louisiana in 1953 or 54. If I remember right it was an 8 X 50. It was an older couple with two bull dogs, Biscuit and Muffin. Their kids were all grown and, “flew the coop,” now known as, “empty nested.” A quick septic tank was made out of two 55 gallon drums until my father could build a concrete, poured in place, septic tank with about twice the required capacity and about twice the field lines that was required. My brother and I dug all the field lines starting when I was 8 or 9, my little brother joined in about two years later. The tanks were designed to handle three Mobil Homes at a time. I remember my father saying as the size of the mobile homes increased so would the sewer capacity. I remember the 2X2 walls, particularly board floors, tin siding, and when the, “10 Wide” came out in the mid 50s. That was a big deal back then. There was a commercial lot on the front of our property and for most of my childhood it was a Spartan Mobil Home sales lot. The trailer park eventually grew to 23 spaces. In 1997 my father passed away and I moved to central Louisiana to take care of his estate and the trailer park which I owned. Only about half the lots were usable. My father had told me about half of the septic systems would not work any longer. A friend that I knew through the aviation side of my life owned a plumbing company in the area. I had him come out and inspect the systems. He could not believe how the tanks had been built. He had never seen a tank built from scratch. He said my father’s design had things built into them that was not required until a couple decades after he started building them. He said all they needed was cleaning, cutting some foots out of the field lines, and water jetting them. In two days they had all 12 of the systems back up and running. I gave the tenants that had campers 6 months to either up grade to a regular mobile home if they were 55 or older or move out. Any one younger than 55 had the same 6 months to find a new place for their trailer or camper. I then turned it into a seniors only, 55 or older, facility and had most of the lots rented. I sold the trailer park in 2004 and did not have a single problem with the operation of the septic systems. I did add a bacteria to each tank once a year.
My wife just showed me your videos for the first time. Great Job! I think it would be very helpful if you added the total size of the home upfront like 1400 sq. ft. Or 2000 sq.ft. that way the viewer could focus on the size homes they are in the market for. Keep up the great work We'll be watching. We subscribed and hit the bell for all. Thanks Rico & Robin

@@gailrodgers3079 Hi,
Just curious, how did you get to review products? Sounds like fun. There's several kitchen products I'd like to try, but there's no way I could afford them. Especially if after I purchased them they didn't work out for me; then your stuck with them and don't use them.
Thank you, take care, stay safe.
☺️✌️☮️🖖 😷
I like a small pantry... easy to keep clean and food rotated.. oh and making a grocery list is a breeze because of the small size
I does, for a house this big I was surprised by the small pantry
The color of the walls and the cabinetry really complements...Bet you were breathing serenity in that calming green...😌 Absolutely loved the home office close to the main entrance.
Ok this home looks perfect for my family. Where do I sign? ❤️
This home is definitely my dream home. I love it. Big enough for everyone to have a get away.
Most def!
Hello Derina😊
These homes are beautiful. I enjoy the way YOU promote these homes. You have a pleasant voice to listen to. Merry Christmas & God Bless you & yours.
I don’t care for the carpet in the dining area what over all the home is great thanks for yet another great video
Love love the Kitchen, as a Chef....LOVE that the heart of the home....One of the Best that I have seen.
This one blew me away. The person that stayed this one did an excellent job. 👏 I really enjoyed the tour of this home. The outside was a set up for sure. Who knew what a gem was waiting for you on the inside. ❤👌👍
I will own this model one day! Love it!
Go for it!
I too have two teen sons and a daughter and I was thinking the same thing--enough space and some privacy!
The parents retreat is everything in this house
You had me with the husband's punishment room 🤣🤣🤣
The carpet is nice touch. It deadens sound. No echoes.
Chance, you’re an amazing human being! Thank you for showing us these homes and all the quality work you put in. This house is gorgeous. Is like my dream house
Thank you so much!
The best mobile home I have seen thus far! Truly a favorite and so AMAZING! The best features to me were the sitting rooms which I have always wanted in a home.....PERIODT! Great job!
Sweet, thanks for watching!
Hello Marrissa.....
Another favorite of mine. This house just keeps on giving. Thank you. 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Glad you enjoy it!
This house is awesome! And the way you present it is straight to the point, while still showing us everything. Thank you! You are doing a great job!
Chance, I really like this one. It's amazing how they've charged the way they're building them.
Thank you.
I totally agree!
What is the price?
Watch the video and find out.

All of the extra rooms were a huge surprise! Gorgeous kitchen!!
Hello Cathy 👋
Coming from someone that lives in over half a million dollar stick home- this house is phenomenal and has many features I WISH I had! I’m only 11:40 in but this is sooooo nice!
All right, you have convinced me, we're going to have to start looking seriously at these homes
Beautiful home & a fire extinguisher!!
I enjoy watching these tours and seeing different layouts and styles - only in my dreams! This home looks solid and well thought out. TFS.
I love your singing talent… please don’t ever stop 😎you Rock Chance 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow, thats a stunning home, really like this one, can you ship it over to the UK for me please Chance
I thought you U.K. folks loved to move to Florida, there’s a bunch of you guys down here. Come on over😀
I wish we could get these homes here in the UK too, the ones we have just don't have enough room in them as the saying goes " you can't swing a cat in them" lol
@Lyndsey Roach79 We do, we have many residential, what we call mobile home parks, though the homes are not as big as these are, they are mostly single wide and not as long, thats why I keep asking for one of these stunning homes to be shipped over here :)
This house is gorgeous.
This is my absolutely favorite manufactured home.
Keeping you in my prayers ❤️
This house is AMAZING! The description says 3 bedrooms 3 baths, but OMG am I glad I watched this. This home was nothing short of amazing. I got lost watching, so I know that's enough house for me and my family. Great showing as usual.
Thank you so much!!
Please tell me where this home is. I've been in my home for 23 yrs. Thinking about buying another one. Have my own land. Ph. 1-229-646-1838.
Most mobile and modular home lack that front entry coat closet. The fact this home has one, well it should for how big it is, is nice.
Their kids were all grown and, “flew the coop,” now known as, “empty nested.”
A quick septic tank was made out of two 55 gallon drums until my father could build a concrete, poured in place, septic tank with about twice the required capacity and about twice the field lines that was required.
Brian Roberts I have a close friend that use to live in Wetumpka. She still owns a house there but lives in Fairhope now.
Great suggestion! Thanks for subbing!
Stellar!!!!...Just started watching these recently!!!!!...Right out of the gate....love,love,the entry way...no plopped into the living room...love the little room to the side..and hall closet...

It’s a beautiful layout. So glad to see them getting back to carpeting, beautiful cabinetry and banks of windows. Even the ceilings are wonderful. Very classy appearance. Finally, sanity returns - bye, bye shiplapped chicken coops!
Hello Joy.....
😂
LOVE those wooden Valances above the windows. Perfect for hidden lighting behind them!
Wow....just Wow!
Love this home and everything about it.
I’m a fan of the Water Closet and this home features a window in it which is a win win with me!
Would like to write more but the presidential debate is on 😉
Thanks for watching!
I’m loving this home with front office, fireplace, could use the pullout tray shelves, and separate guest area!
Love this home! It would be perfect for our family! I would have my art room. And a homeschool room for my kiddos 😍

Here it is for sure. It crosses every T and dots every I including my craft room and my husband’s office plus more. But why would they put a sink between the washer and dryer?? Love love this house Chance. You hit the nail on the head.
This one is solid! Definitely a favorite, love the layout. I'm going to consider this my personal favorite!
Hello Fatima👋
The room when the husband gets in trouble 🤣
I love this one. Im getting ready to buy one... Ive noticed that the older models seem nicer than the new ones 2024
Allright, this is definately in my top 5. I love everything about this house. Except for it's not sitting on my 5 acre lot. Lol. Great job, Chance. Thank you for sharing this house.
Ok now this is literally “Amazing !” The hype is well earned this one is a definite 10 out of ten heck I would give it an extra 2 stars for the extra bathroom and bonus room not to mention the closet space! Wooozers!!!! I love this home❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much Bianca!
I watched this again and I think it works as a good template for a concrete block (base) home. Expanding the master closet, shower and the evening out the kitchen layout - this will be perfect.
Finally, the right refrigerators! Yes! ;)
I just don't think you can top this one Chance. I have watched dozens of others, but I keep coming back to this one. You just can't beat perfection!
I love all the space and rooms to put as guest rooms .y gosh talk about family gatherings this home is awesome for family time.

I know this is an old video... But I love this one so much, feels cozy and has so much room! I've probably watched this video 100x now😂😂
This home is a dream home. I normally watch these and see little bits I would change. This one, nope, not a thing. That room is a perfect game room. Love coming along for your personality too. Hope you and your family have a blessed day too Chance. Watching from the UK where its currently 1:15am.
Wow, you pulling a late one!
Love this home! I really like the room in between the two bedrooms. Would make a great kids playroom and as they grow older a game room.
I totally agree!
Thank you for touring this beautiful home decorated in a classic Florida style in my hometown. 🥰
Love the house. Chance you did make me laugh when you said about the husband being in trouble room. And again when you started singing in the shower.
🤣🤣🤣 You had me at “ I’m trying to make a video here !” 😂😂😂 I laugh often through your videos!
YES... save that PANTRY DANCE for the big ones 👍.
What a HOME ! Now... I think the sunroom, master bed, bathroom and WIC is for me..the MOTHER/GRANDMOTHER to live! Then that back bedroom by the “utility room” is for our daughter and hubby...THEN.... those 2 other bedrooms ...that has that PLAYROOM... oh yes... that is for the 2 and 3 years 👍👍❤️❤️ ....Parents can escape out the back door! Kids playing in the middle and Grandma cooking and playing !
