I think the kitchen is a bit oversized for the space. You need more space for a 'living room'. Wish these manufactures would put some small windows in those cave-like hallway bathrooms. They are like the hotel bathrooms, totally dark when you turn out the light!
Real nice. LG appliances is swell. Not many have that. 16 inch walls are great which would mean it should be well insulated and the outside is done super.
Thank you for sharing this excellent single wide home! WOW!!! One might forget they are in a single wide! Kitchen is great (me being older I would want a window that opens and closes over the sink), and I wouldn't even change the colors. Just awesome to not have any carpet throughout! Great home!

It’s nice I would eliminate that third tiny bedroom have larger living room and make that front bath & bedroom another Master Suite with a wet bar breakfast bar
Yes, I’m looking for a two bedroom or two master suites one on each end dining room is a little bit too small living room could be an extra foot or two
Scammers are back, on a brighter note, that had everything you could ask for, including a bathtub in the master bathroom! That one was gorgeous! Thank you for all the extra investigation you did too! Another great one!
Get rid of the eat at counter and build a solid wall there and add additional upper cabinets in the kitchen and at least the living room would gain some really much needed valuable space.
I'll take this one please 😊 bath tub be gone in master bath, it'll give more floor space. So glad there's no rugs. Loving it. Hello Raiden . ❤ From Boston
Gab Patty I agree with you if it was 18 X 80 that would be fantastic I have seen some single wides now being manufactured 20 by 84 and Light that would be fantastic also I would like it if the kitchen was upfront then the living room then the bedrooms
Awesome news Nate!!im so excited Next August we are buying a forever brand new home .Went over the layouts and picked the 1 that fits my family there is me and my Husband and 1 son jus grad from high school .with our new home there will be 3 pantries , and the layout of kitchen is huge its going to be wrapped around with all kinds of cabinets for my pots and pans finally instead of 1 cabinet in the corner.. Nate i wanna share the news with you first ! since i have been watching your videos Thank you so much Nate.Pat yourself on back from me Barbie showcasing all styles and shapes of homes .😁😘😘😘😘😝🤗🤗🥳🥳💯❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's nice seeing bedrooms 2 and 3 bigger than a postage stamp. It's got tons of cabinets. It's a nice, large floor plan. I know I would upgrade to overhead ducts. Can't stand floor vents. Another change that would be nice is to change all the pulls, handles, faucets etc to black or tubbed bronze. Thanks Nate😊
I like the ceiling vents. I also like the kitchen layout. It makes sense to have the microwave above the stove - otherwise you have to find counter space for it. If the furnace could be somewhere else, it would really open up that dining room. The counter material (with the all-in-one counter and sink) is called cultured marble. I have that in my bathroom. Nice single wide!
love it. the shower in the master actually has a bench wide enough to sit on.we need a handicapped friendly house. My only change would be to lose the giant soaker tub and make another closet. The kitchen is to die for. that long narrow back bedroom would be my dream. I am a quilter and I would have space for a long arm machine, and all my fabric and sewing machines
I just watched this on the big screen tv. The blue print shows the16x80 box. I truly loved the floor plan. I preferred the darker cabinet option you showed in the prelim. A couple tweeks I would make are adown draft gas efficient furnace. Being in South Dakota good to have the floor. Second would be a gas stove and finally a high efficient gas water heater. Maybe a floor to ceiling bow window in the front bedroom and a patio door in place of the dining window. Simply got to love that kitchen.
This one would be very nice for a single parent having only one child to support and take care of. If it was me I would give my child the two rooms in the back. One for sleeping in and the other to entertain him in. And that's how I would have done it if this was me moving into this house being a single parent having only one child.
I like Franklin homes. Not really into a single wide but this is nice. Too bad you experienced our bad weather here tho lol. When you live here you really get use to it .
Really nice home. Love the kitchen. Diningroom is way to small.i have to be able to fit 8 when my kids and grandkids come. But it's really really nice. Thanks for the tour!
I'm late, just found your channel. I wondered why the bedrooms were so narrow until you said it was a single wide trailer. It's hard to believe, the living area looks so spacious. The kitchen is to die for! The master shower is on the small side, but I love the details, esp the design on the floor.
Lovely home and video! Love, love the flooring throughout…no carpet, yay. Beautiful cabinets. Would love to see a window over the kitchen sink. Absolutely hate the closet in the bathroom right next to the toilet! Gross! Love that you can add footage. Great job Nate!!
I made a comment early ER about liking that didn't have a island. I can't have an island because I am in a power chair islands would be a obstacle for some one like me. We have Palm Harbor out here in AZ. Try and show one like this one when you come to AZ.
Gorgeous holiday home. You'd be the envy of the Haven holiday park with that? (one for us British 😉). If it had another 8ft and make the living room bigger it could be livable for a couple, maybe make it a two bedroom.
The kitchen is amazing. Think I saw eleven electric outlets. The fridge is four doors on the side you can see the split between top and bottom. That’s one amazing kitchen.
The one I filmed earlier had what looked like a split to but was 2 doors. I had seen both 2 and 4 door fridges that day that looked the same on the side.
I would go with 80 feet. Like you impressed with kitchen size. If they could find a way to stack these, like high rise, they would sale/ rent out in minutes. I'm sure someone is working .19:35 on that
Check out a company called Zennihomes. They are making some smaller homes that can be stacked. in fact they are currently building some units right now that will go near the college in Mesa AZ in a few month that will be stacked and set up like an apartment complex.
Only a few changes I'd make. IF I were to get this home I would take that extra 80 and I'd put it towards the laundry room and dining room. I'd move that furnace into the laundry room and I'd make a space for a chest freezer (Horizontal preferred but vertical would work too). With a kitchen like that your gonna be cookin for a big family. I'm thinking birthdays, thanksgiving, christmas and with 23 in my family (As of right now) and they all want to "Come home" for the holidays were going to NEED that dining space! - Id prefer not to have the master closet in the bathroom but that would have to evolve over time somehow. I like the space of the master bathroom sink but I'd prefer to have only one sink itself and maybe a linen closet to the side. That kitchen really is the selling point to this one.
I would of Never guessed this was a FH. Odd place for a dinning room. I was not impressed, compared to All of their other beautiful homes. It was like watching a lower grade builder, for FH is of a High standard . But if someone was looking for something in this price range, it's perfect/affordable.
I wld consider getting a single-wide if the bedrooms weren't so small, their like the size of a jail cell, you really can't fit anything in them but a toddler or twin bed, or make it an office
The dinky dining room space would be better added to the living room because I felt the living room was too small upon entry. The kitchen is a nice size but it’s taking up more space than the living area . The dining area .. the table would block your entry to the master and the laundry… just not very functional.
That’s what I thought unless you wanna put a bistro table in front of the window but then that beautiful chandelier goes to Waste that is not a dining room
Boy, I sure would have loved to have seen this in an 80 foot fully staged, and with that alt kitchen, you kept flashing. This would be a fabulous place to retire on the lake..
Dont know why they can't make cabinets go to top of calling. Its a waste of space on top of them cabinets and dust collector and you have to climb on counter tops to clean them the older you get the harder it gets to clean.
While I was at the Louisville home show they told me that the reason they don't go to the ceiling is due to shipping. There is always fles in the home when going down the road and it can cause the cabinets to get broke or have the corners of the cabinets push thru the ceiling and then they have to remove the cabinets to fix it.
The kitchen was great but a window is not a window if you can't open it. The master bedroom bathroom was nice but didn't like the closet in the bathroom. I think this home would have been better if it was made as a two bedrooms home. Thanks for showing this one.
Had me, then lost me with a couple of things. The closet off the bath room, the narrowness of the second bed room.
The kitchen is great but that’s about it for me. Thanks
I think the kitchen is a bit oversized for the space. You need more space for a 'living room'. Wish these manufactures would put some small windows in those cave-like hallway bathrooms. They are like the hotel bathrooms, totally dark when you turn out the light!
How about transom windows in the bathroom?
Perfect for a single person...you could put a freezer in the dining room and eat at the bar stools...love this
Real nice. LG appliances is swell. Not many have that. 16 inch walls are great which would mean it should be well insulated and the outside is done super.

Can you get the tile in the shower area where it can go all the way up to the ceiling in both bathrooms and take the garden tub out?
I'm sure you can option out the tub, as for tile to the ceiling, I'm not sure. You would have to ask the dealer that question.

I like the furnace to be in the utility room. I have high anxiety, and that constant noise of going off and on would just keep me anxious.

This home comes up to 80 foot. That was the floor plan on the web site. When I toured the home the plan inside was for a 72 foot home.

I love this home though. Lovely.😊
