I have a Fleetwood single-wide: 2 BR, 2 BA, walk-in pantry, laundry room (with cabinets), small walk-in closet for the MBR, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen. I've lived in it for 34 years. The only thing I don't like about it is the plumbing/pipes. I've had to replace several of the pipes, and recently replaced all the pipes. I really don't like the plastic pipes and the hoses that they use in place of real pipes. But that's not just Fleetwood, that's all MH. I don't like kitchen islands. I'd rather have a small table in the kitchen.
@jimgilbert9984 we have debated that as well! I love open floor space but islands seems to be in most of the models we see currently. Glad u are loving yours!
Don't understand the trend of every manufacturer using the dark, busy pattern flooring in every model. Would never buy a home if that is the only option.

This looks just like the layout that we just purchased (pending delivery now) only ours is 26 x 56. Otherwise seems identical. I'm so excited!

Love these homes but the lot rents are expensive.
@kathy7107 yes they are! Proces have only gone up. I think most ppl try to to bundle land with the purchase of the home as well

ours came standard with wood shelf and rods in the closets and pantry, no wire system anywhere :)
