    I have to say that All of your workouts are badass and suuuper sweaty 🥵 but this one really made me feel like a real sassy badass🔥the soundtrack is incredibleee

    Damn, this was EXHAUSTING! But at the same time slower than the other HIIT workouts, so I liked that! I’m still sweaty tho 🔥

      Remaining? If I did this in the beginning, let alone the fact that I've lost half my blood volume in sweat and I couldn't use the mat, i could never have the energy to keep going 😂

    I want to thank you for keeping us working out; I started at the begging of the pandemic and in 3 months I completely changed, lost 10 kg, toned up, didn’t get tired after 100 m of running, but most importantly gained confidence. This helped me even if after two years I gained 5 kg, I still feel good and I’m trying my best to stay healthy

      She should have a 15 seconds rest between exercises and then it would be 15 minutes and HIIT. Which now it is not.

    I have to admit that i was a little bit afraid of to red outfit, because everytime she’s wearing a red one it’s always hardcore. But i really enjoyed this workout i wasn’t just suffering trough it😂 I felt so happy while i was doing this workout that it’s almost insane haha ☺️

    This workout is a masterpiece! I usually start my daily workout with a 10 minute cardio. But this workout really helps me to feel more energetic and strong by the end of the day. Thank you Pam!!!!! ❤

    I was trying for years to lose fat. It was really hard. Intermittent fasting was one of the hardest things I tried to do in my life. You need so much mental strength to go through day while fasting. I am currently experimenting with NextLevel Diet and it's working perfectly for me. I could recommend it definitely.

    some things I learned from working out with both chloe ting and pamela reif are :
    1)chloe is obssessed with planks and every variation there is of them lol
    2)pamela is obssessed with squats...like the amount of squats there is in her workouts is insane lol 😂
    3) both have insane results for their ab workouts even tho pamela's are definitely harder...so if you're a beginner go chloe hers are slightly easier (compared to pamela lol) and the results are there nonetheless
    4) if you want to get rid of thigh fat then go PAMELA hands down she's the queen of thigh workouts !!!!! (fast results)
    5) OF COURSE GO PAMELA FOR BEST MUSIC !! 😂

    Wenn ich eins deiner Workouts hassen soll, dann dieses, aber NUR wegen der Musik😂..die Übungen sind mega gut und intensiv-sowas liebe ich. Ich setzte deine Workouts gerne in meine Kurse ein, würde dieses gerne mal einsetzen, aber ich glaube die Musik würde meine Teilnehmer vermutlich verscheuchen😅.. ich mag‘s, ❤aber soll ja für‘s Gewinnspiel eins hassen😂😅😊..mitnehmen würde ich Lisa Bömer

    Do u realize that you created a monster within me? I'm doing this workout for a month now along with your other workout but when it comes to HIIT, this is my go to since I love all of the workout and vibe here and I am telling you, you just created a monster within me because I find any squat workout easy now because of this (squat used to be the one I hate the most). You really made me stronger. This is why you're my inspiration, you didn't just help me love and tone my body, you also made me stronger and I think it was the best thing in my fitness journey. 2 months ago, you can see me struggling from a 5 minute warm up workout and waking up feeling sore overall my body but ever since I started this journey with you, I can do your three HIIT videos without any rest and wake up feeling happy without any pain. You're the best, Pam!😭❤️

    Trying this for like 3-5 days.
    Day 1: Sweating, I nearly needed to pause every single move.
    Day 2: Needed to pause less moves! Getting easier :)
    Day 3: Again needed to pause less! I think I'll do this tommorow and then stop.
    Day 4: Barely paused!!
    I think this is the end of my workout journey for this workout! Was really good felt a sweat and my tummy shrunk a tiny bit!

    This felt much easier than on monday!! Tip: If you think it's too hard I suggest you do 1 or 2 exercises to your limit and then take however long you need to get ready for the next exercise x (what I mean is pause the video and take a break and then do it! I did 3 exercises to my limit and then take a break!!! Take as many breaks but just don't quit!) I believe in all of you wonderful people!

    Just done your boxing aerobics, then old but gold dance and then this one 🥵🥵 Crikey that was hard work! I thought this would be an easy finisher- boy was I wrong! However just short of 400 cals and 4000 steps later I am glad I pushed through! X
