    Remember that we are all unique and different. Try to not lose motivation so easily when you don't see the same results as someone else, because that's the norm. You are amazing and you are trying your very best. Keep up the amazing job and don't give up no matter what. No matter how hard it is or it gets over time you will improve.

    been doing pamela’s workouts for over a month now and i’ve lost 7 kilos 😭🤍 everybody’s starting to notice my weight loss and i stopped binging and craving foods that are unhealthy😩😩 she’s helped me a lot y’all 😖😖😖
    Update: it’s gonna be 3 months since I started going to the gym and believe me or not I’ve seen soo much improvements with my body and most of my clothes are too big I have to buy smaller size clothes 😅😅😅

      @@devanshisharma3648 i workout 6 times a week. I do 50 mins of hiit (from a diff youtuber) plus three of pamela’s videos every weekends while i do at least 30 mins of exercise on weekdays before i go to school :)

    are there any people who agree with me that medium HIIT workouts are more suitable for the sad / frustrated days than the dancy ones or the hardcore ones? i’m usually not in mood for dancing those days and also don’t want to kill myself, videos like this are perfect! sweating in out & being proud in the end! thank you so much Pam - i really needed this routine! ❤️

      I think it's different for me, I like to cheer myself up by doing the dance workouts but medium hiit workouts are great for lazy days! Can't wait to try this out!

      Personally, I truly enjoy dance workout video, so I may do a dance workout video and then a hiit workout video. But when I'm not in the mood i will do something really light. Something like this one video or workouts that are on the floor

      I AGREE- today I was pretty unmotivated and feeling pretty crappy and I did her plan and I chose this one as my last video and I'm really happy I chose it over a dance one. But now I'm so happy i might do a dance one.

    These workouts by pam really help you sculpt and grow lean muscles. I speak from personal experience. She also makes sure we don't get bored even if we work for an hour!! Danke Pamela!!

    I just finished this exercise along with the 10 minute abs + fat burn workout and I am so tired and sweating a lot. Pamela’s workouts are the best!!

    When I was doing this for a first time, I was dying. But now after maybe 1 week of doing your plans I did it perfectly and 10 min. was for me like 5 min. Thanks for doing this for us Pam!

    My progress
    Day 1 = reached 9:45. Took soo many breaks in between the workout, but I did all of the exercises with perfect posture in fully 30 seconds. I didn't do the last elbow plank because I physically couldn't hold myself up anymore.

    I'm almost 4 months post partum and I'm in a really bad shape, so I love how easy this was to modify to meet my level and needs! Instead of jumping jacks I did walking jacks, for planks I had my knees on the floor, etc. Modifying didn't cause me to fall behind, I was able to keep up with all the exercises! 😊

    I think I really like going back to some medium level workout from time to time, it allows me to focus more on the movement, to make it more "clean" rather than pushing trough it ! and as always, I really enjoyed this workout :)

    Hi, Pam! 💗 I really love your workouts, but I was wondering if you could do a post-covid workout, with lighter exercises you can later build up from?
    I was very active before Covid and I was doing all your workouts, but now I can barely do a 10 min one without needing to stop in order to catch my breath.

    Thanks Pam for all the high knees. I did a few Insanity workouts with my husband and the high knees felt like a little break in that workout because I was so used to them.

    this video is so multifunctional, it might be a new favorite! ❤️ you can use it as a warm up on a hardcore hiit day, on muscle days as a calorie killer for a quick sweat in the end, as a mood booster on any day because it’s not too hard and you’ll probably be happy in the end & so many more ways! ❤️ i love it!

    I’m glad ur doing low to high workouts bc I think in 1 month I’m starting first with running then pull ups pretty much basics. Then I’m going to start with ur workouts.
