Just make sure it works for you before you buy it. It costs a lot to ship it back. For me its going to be $271+$65 restocking fee!!!! Don't trust the web site for nearest dealers its not up to date. I looked on the website for the nearest dealer so I could try before I bought it and the only place that had one for me to try was 1.5 hours away(knowing the return shipping cost it would have been worth the drive). Come to find out there was a place 30 min away that carried the UpWalker. It looked like it would be very useful . I have Muscular Dystrophy and this looked like a great walker to keep me stable and moving. I ordered it off their website and figured it was returnable(not realizing the cost of shipping it back) so I would take a shot. 2 min. out of the box and there is no way it would work for me. My feet run into the wheels. Im 6'3" and its not wide enough for my gait. So 2 min. out of the box is costing me $271+$65 restocking fee when I could have driven half an hour to test on out if I had known about the closer store. I'm more than frustrated.
