DO NOT BUY! Poor product. My old man very gently, and rarely used his walker, and only ever inside. His walker developed a failure in one of its rear wheels within months of having it. The company's contact details are a deathly, trust destroying, silence. No way to buy replacement parts, no support, no refunds, no nothing. £500 + for a cunfused and disappointed old Dad. Ain't capitalism great!

He’s too tall for it. Still slouching and placing the center of gravity off-center. No improvement over a normal rollator.

My Up Walker, right arm will not turn up. It is facing in, and I cannot find the button to depress on that side to turn it upright.

I love my up walker but the seat is very stiff and is almost impossible to pull forward or backwards. It’s the heavy duty model.

My gripe with most videos like this is that the person used to demonstrate it's use is never as disabled like me. So I will never be assured that it will be worth my while buying it. I have a disability + lost a leg and have an above knee prosthetic leg fitted.
