I've got an upwalker and I don't have the sliding seat. That's a good idea for sure. I wish I had one. Mine also doesn't have the ability to slide the upper handles closer or further away from me. I am finding mine rather heavy too. Lifting it into the back of my truck is proving difficult for me. However, I love the fact that I can walk upright because standing upright is becoming an issue for me, so I didn't want to keep using my waist height walker as it meant I was bending forward. This upright walker certainly stops my arms and wrists from hurting when I walk.

This person who desires a straight up-down walker is 6'2" - can you show us the use of a rollater by such a tall person?
I don’t have anyone that tall but we have had plenty of customers buy it that are over 6”2

no, because the stability might be affected. I've got one of these (not from this particular company) and only the front wheels rotate. That's all you need.
I am interested in the Upwalker to walk upright. However the company in use will not send it to me living outside use in malaysia. Where can i get this outside usa?

Friend needs upright walker having trouble because 6 feet tall and 400 lbs. Need 22 inch wide seat or larger. Any product you can recommend?
We don’t know of one that has the upwalker features, 400 lb weight capacity and a 22 inch seat unfortunately

I keep having issues with the arm cushion breaking. how can I fix it or make it not break?
What is exactly happening to the cushion? is is cracking or is is breaking at the connection? Either way you may be able to get this under warranty, not sure but maybe. Contact the company you bought it from. If that was us call 615-730-9438
@@allstarmedical I got it through Amazon. 😕 This is my second one since September last year. It's cracking to the point of splitting in half. I have arm bands holding them together. Both cushions are broken now and I don't have the money or spoons to deal with calling India. The last time I was emailing CHINA!!!! And they didn't understand what I was trying to say so they just sent me a whole new walker which is now breaking again. Over $200 that I didn't have to begin with and it just keeps breaking

Front wheels get stuck. How can they be adjusted?
What model do you have? In some of the versions they have a button you can engage and it will keep the wheels from moving

We have never seen Insurance pay for them. Most insurances will only pay for a E0143 Walker and E0156 Seat attachment. They typically reimburse around $70. The upwalkers range from $595-$695. I hope this helps
