    I am two days into your warm up routine and split yoga. I am happy to tell u that for the first time in a long time, the pain I had in my but has disappeared and I am able to sleep well. I have also been struggling with sleep but for the past two nights, I have enjoyed sleep. I look forward to a better life now that I have integrated yoga into my life style. Thank you madam

    Great video...
    Am started following this video and trying to do this at home regularly.
    Just one correction, its not Namaskara its Namaskar , we Indians got a habit of putting 'a' almost after every prestigious thing..
    We made Yog as Yoga,
    Sri Ram as Shri Rama,
    Ramayan as Ramayana and so on...
    This does not looks good.
    Hope you understand.

    Curious why, in 8-point pose the chin only was on the ground. I was taught (a long time ago) that the bridge of the nose and forehead should be touching... is there a difference or is the point touching the ground important in some way, such as prana flow?     Surya Namaskaras explanation/demonstration is good.
    Finally, you would have shown one or two cycles of Surya Namaskaras in continuous action with chanting of
    12 Mantras (with out you talking).
    Because, people will concentrate on your explanation when you are explaining. But to practice for learners, continuous action is required. Independent Asanas are different.
    Surya Namaskaras a cycle of 12 postures with chanting of 12 Mantras.
    You have asked me to give feed back, so in my view it will be helpful for new Yoga practitioners.

    My only trouble is the legs getting the legs forward after mountain pose.. I’m not flexible enough so I can only get it halfway through.. maybe it will be better with time but please suggest some tips for it.

      You can keep your knee always bend while practicing forward bend even during suryanamaskara, this is will help in your back pain

      Very much. You can start with 10 then slowly increase it to 30-35 rounds if you are working on body shaping 🙏🙏

    Actually I have seen that in surya namaskar right leg under the chest and other left leg stretch back, here my doubt is it vise versa for left leg under the chest and right leg stretch back, But I did found in video ?

      It’s about you change your leg every time you practice suryanamaskaar. There are many styles in which people practice suryanamaskar.
      1. Your keep moving only right leg back and forward every time you repeat suryanamaskar .
      2. You keep changing the leg every time you repeat suryanamaskar. 🙏

    While explaining the posture, you should also explain inhale exhale. Because yoga is more about breath than posture.

    Mam ,after moutain pose I struggle to bring my left ( or right) leg to the front to do asvasanchalasana pose. Please could u give me any tip. Thank you in advance.
