You would think that a former foster child would understand the horrors that some children face inside foster care, and would do anything to make sure that child was well taken care of. The fact that Laila's mother was taken advantage of and had her daughter's life robbed from her makes us sick. #loudforlaila #justiceforlaila

You know what pisses me off the most? They took those babies from a loving mother (yeah, I'm classifying their first foster mother as their actual mother because that's what she became to those girls) and put them with someone clearly manipulating the system in order to gain political sway with the fvcking public. Someone who was so unconcerned that she not only beat those babies and starved that poor girl, but was so damn stupid and unqualified that she didn't even know how to perform fvcking cpr or life saving maneuvers. I would say "why even fvcking foster if you don't want them to begin with?" but I damn well know why she did it. She knew it would help leverage her career more in her favor. I'm so sick and tired of cps failing children. Hell, they're failing within my own circle and have refused to take the 3 children from my meth addicted, dangerous neighbor where they live in filth, shambles, with needles and pipes littered everywhere, with animals being hoarded inside and outside the hone, and where their mother (who isn't even supposed to fvcking live with them) constantly screams, starts fights, acts aggressively with everyone, and is violent towards everyone and everything (she's used a sledge hammer on my fence because my dogs were barking back at her dogs and threw scalding water on my dog for barking once). Thankfully, she no longer dares mess with me. I made it extremely clear that I was raised in a house with guns where my daddy taught me to never miss a shot and that if she dared harm my animals again, harm my children, damage my property, or even step an inch on my yard, the cops would be investigating her murder instead of a simple trespassing or assault. I've even sat on my porch with my favorite shotgun just staring at her in her yard to drive that point home and drill it into her head. According to another neighbor I'm friends with, she's terrified of me. If I could inject that same fear into her so she'd act right with her own kids and animals, I would and I hate that I can't. I can only defend myself and my family. I would be stepping way to far out of legal bounds by walking on her property with the threat of a gun. Hence why I resorted to police and cps. They were taken for 3 days. 3. And her drug addicted friend living in the woods managed to get them back for her. God I can't wait to get my masters degree and begin completely uprooting cps from the inside.

Miss white the social worker is DIRECTLY responsible for the girls injuries, I’m astounded at how obtuse she is, you’d have to be thick as a plank not to see this little girl deteriorate, bruises, broken bones, weight lose, two experienced foster parents having concerns over them. She didn’t do her job at all, I think she sided with this colleague because she knew her, but I also think she NEVER did her job, not for any children, she just couldn’t care less about child safety. When I was 16 they didn't even bother sending me anywhere after my caretaker was arrested for abuse. I was crying and the case worker told me i should be happy because other kids "have it worse", then they asked me to help them fix something on their personal cell phone? They never checked to see where I went after that, they seriously just sent me out of the office to figure it out myself.
After that day I was aggressively recieving suspicious phone calls from women asking me to go to certain locations for "free" services like spa treatments, or asking me where I live and to unlock the door for "free cleaning" and told me not to tell the adults in the home.

It really does seem like the trafficking thing may be true.
It makes me think of all the horror stories associated with Barnevernet, Norway's privatized CPS equivalent, which many accuse of being a trafficking ring, and Germany's Jugendamte. Both are infamous for taking away kids from families that are unlikely to be able to fight back in courts (immigrants, single mothers), even if there is nothing wrong with the parents - no drug use, no C.A., and it isn't uncommon for such kids to be placed into way, way worse conditions than they had at home... Really makes you wonder

I could say this a million times, but I just can not understand why people FIGHT to win custody of children that they abuse and neglect from day one. You obviously don’t care about or even LIKE these children, so why fight so hard to have them, when there are others who will love them unconditionally??

I'm in tears. My grandmother made me eat canned cinnimon crabbapples & it made me throw up & she forced me to eat it. When I got smart enough to hold it in my mouth & spit it up in the toilet, she came bursting into the bathroom as I was sitting on it pretending I was using it, she pulled me up & saw the crabbapples & beat my bare butt with a wooden spoon until it broke. I feel so much for this poor baby... I feel so grateful I survived my childhood but wish no child ever had to go through so much trauma, let alone so much trauma they don't survive. I wish justice for all those needing it... & those that suvive heal & thrive. For anyone needing it, I love you ❤

I broke my leg right at my knee at 30 years old. And even the doctor at the time questioned if I was telling the truth about how I broke it. I tripped over a parking block and it broke in 3 places. The trip is what broke it, not the fall. But the doctor told me at that time that the type of injury I had is common in car accidents and skiing accidents. They did not believe that I had only tripped. The amount of pain that I was in, I can’t even explain! It was like a 20 on a 1-10 scale. I say all this to say, POOR LAILA. 🥺 My heart is absolutely shattered for her. The ONLY good thing is that no one can ever hurt her again. 😭😭 RIP “big girl” Laila Marie. 🙏🏼

Although I had a bruise that took weeks to go away, a lot of swelling, and the tendons and ligaments had been stretched enough that I was in a lot of pain, and it took months until my knee was completely healed. But, my leg wasn't broken.
A car hitting my leg didn't break it, but Jennifer's lie about Laila breaking her leg by tripping and falling was accepted by Ms White?? Both foster mothers, Patricia and Lorita genuinely cared for those baby girls. While in their care, they were loved cared for and weren’t abused, neglected, or mistreated. But they were taken away from both of those women. And instead, were placed with a woman who wasn’t even a real foster parent, who abused, neglected, starved and mistreated both of them. And not once were they removed from her care. All because of incompetent case workers like the 2 that were in charge of their case loads. If they had only did their jobs, that
baby would still be here. I’m so tired of seeing these videos about these kids, losing their lives and knowing that something could’ve been done and it could’ve been prevented if only the case worker who was in charge of their case had done their job correctly. And 😂 after that child, abused, beaten, starved and killed, the family cannot even get justice because when they try to sue the caseworkers, their lawsuits are denied. These caseworkers should be held accountable. Something should be done to all caseworkers all over the world who are in charge of these beautiful babies cases that could have prevented what ultimately lead to their death if they had only done their job. It’s going to take for these people to start being held accountable in order for things to change. As long as these caseworkers continue to half ass do their job and these babies continue to be beaten, starved and killed unless they are held accountable, and some type of charges are brought forth is gonna continue to happen because in real life, these people don’t care if they care they do better.

    • @sorryifoldcomment8596
      @sorryifoldcomment8596 23 วันที่ผ่านมา +6

Yeah, all of these cases break my heart, but it's somehow especially horrible when they include great foster parents who were 100% prepared to keep the children...usually fighting to keep the children too, once they realized the home the children were being transferred to was so unsafe.
(It's probably because "doing nothing" is usually the problem, but in these cases "doing nothing" at that point was the solution! Preventing the horrific crime, the avoidable abuse & death, had already been achieved by social services...All that had to be done was *not* interfering with the children staying with the good foster parents! It's so infuriating.)
I can only imagine how Patricia feels, being especially so close to preventing this murder. I can only imagine the horror of reporting Jennifer and demanding the children stop their unsupervised visits...only to immediately have the children removed from her custody altogether and given to Jennifer fulltime! For no good reason.
I'm sure she's racked with guilt and wondering how things would have turned out had she done this or that differently. I hope Patricia knows she did the right thing, and she did what she could. 😔

And I would say also for all that abuse cases, when abuser said that the child has multiple bruises because of falling etc.. it should be a huge red flag for careworkers !!! They should be at least knowing the minimum of children care, and children don’t bruises so easily especially toddlers !!! My toddler had fall from sofa, run into a table or thing like that multiple times but I have never see a bruise on her !! Never !! I’m sorry but the final post the birth mother made about her son really rubbed me the wrong way. It comes off extremely narcissistic….like she only loves the son bc she sees what it does for HER now. She wishes she saw that in her daughters at the time because of what it would’ve done for HER. But everything is okay now because she’s getting what SHE needs from this new baby after allowing one child to die and another child lifelong trauma being with a million families and popping out 2 more in the meantime??? I do not agree with this whole “healed sentiment” and she’s either severely emotionally immature or a narcissist. Sorry but that’s my opinion. I was on a chat a few years back regarding the flu and little Layla’s mom made a comment under my comment and we started chatting and she opened up to me about her daughter being murdered which is how and when I learned about this case shortly after the trial was over and she was such a sweet compassionate young lady and it just hurt my heart as you read every word of her agonizing heartache she has been burdened a lifetime to carry . She really loves that little girl and wanted her home with her . I think Jennifer is a methodical and calculating snake who the second she knew who the mother of this little girl was , was set out on getting her out of spite and taking out her own sadistic rage on this little girl for her own disgusting reasons. My heart aches for the family of this little angel and for Layla as well for what she had to endure . She was a precious , just beautiful little princess who only deserved to be wrapped in the loving arms of all were involved in her life. She is now wrapped in the safe and loving arms of Jesus and can’t be hurt ever again but it’s so sad her family is gripped with the icy fingers of enduring tormenting pain. Please lift this family up in your prayers and all the others who are suffering such losses as well as the children . WHY HAS NO LAW PASSED THAT PENALIZE NEGLIGENT SOCIAL WORKERS WITH LENGTHY AND I MEAN LENGTHY IMPRISONMENT SENTENCES. I AM ANGRY AND SICKENED WITH STORY AFTER STORY OF INCONSEQUENTIAL ACTION FAILED TO BE TAKEN BY THOSE WHO SIGN UP TO PROTECT KIDS AND WATCHING THEM STILL CONTINUOUSLY SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS! These are LIVES! Each as important as any life ever was and is. Everything and I mean everything to go above and beyond to ensure their well being should be taken and nothing short of that

But the original comment didn't say anything pushy or anything. You're being a dick just for the sake of being a dick.
There was a response to a comment like this that has stuck with me - 'God gave us free will, it is up to us what we do with it.' They don't believe he literally controls us like a Sims character. You can't have light without darkness. Of course we wish all the bad could just go away, but some people just suck, and it's no one's fault but their own and perhaps being a product of their environment, ie being abused growing up leads to a lot of people becoming abusers. Even some animals exhibit behavior we see as shitty (killing and raping for fun) Shit sucks, we can't control it, and there isn't some higher being moving us like chess pieces that's controlling it either.
I guess what I'm trying to say is; shut the fuck up, you're an asshole, just don't comment next time if someone else's comment bothers you. Respect other people's faiths and opinions as long as they aren't hurting others.
