I am 75 years old and I have always been skinny. I met my best friend at age 11 and he is naturally strong. He got me lifting weights at age 11 and now at age 75 I have never had any health issues. No aches, pains or prescriptions. No matter what Kate does for the rest of her life she will have the knowledge of health moving forward. I still weigh the same weight I did when I graduated High School.

I absolutely love the fact that you, Bryan, are so giving to share your life and age-related findings with us/ the world. I think it's very generous. I was appalled when i saw those mean comments, it crushed me and made me ashamed of our human race to stoop to whatever they were thinking to say those things. it' awful. Just know that so many of us love you and are proud of you for doing what you're doing and sharing. It has to be very scary to go through what you do just to see where we can go as far as slowing and even reversing our aging....yes, i too have thought of us mostly half dead in zombie like states and people don't want to see that in themselves or take responsibility to help themselves. Please keep at it.....and give back...that's all we ask is to keep sharing, it is really, really helping

its good to look after yourself and to give helpful advice to others sure. But if you take seriously the threat of climate change and world overpopulation that scientists are predicting then increasing life expectancy for everyone would cause serious complications in the long run.
Some people might also say quality of life is not about numbers but about life experiences. Its great to have a young looking face but there are people out there that spend lots of money on plastic surgery. Are they leading a fulfilled, joyous life or a superficial one?

In a world where we are surrounded by companies incentivised to promote 'bad' products, I found Bryan's focus on discipline and removal of temptation refreshing. We are all weak so removing the temptation coming from someone with his level of discipline is a really telling insight. And olive oil is something I have consistently come across in all content related to ageing. Great work, while you don't need to hear it, please keep it up on behalf of humanity. And while you beat yourself up Bryan about your communication style, today being authentic is more meaningful than polished. I believe you come across as authentic in your own way.

Kate's struggle to align with blueprint reminded me of our need to be mindful of the struggles everyday individuals encounter when improving nutrition, sleep, and fitness. It's easy to say "stop eating so much and go to the gym" to the majority who are unhealthy and overweight but Kate's transparency reminds us how difficult these seemingly easy transitions are for us humans. She has an entire team of experts and funds backing her journey. Most of us have a weak support system, at best. Grace and compassion amongst us goes a long way. I'm looking forward to seeing where Blueprint goes and how humanity will benefit. Good on you guys.

00:27 🛌 Bryan Johnson has extended his lifespan by over 30%, reduced his age by 12 years, and achieved 6 months of perfect sleep, leading to peak performance in his life.
02:57 🧠 Improved mental clarity, emotional calmness, and reduced irritability have been significant benefits of Bryan's lifestyle changes.
03:50 👥 Recognizing psychological biases and illusions is crucial for self-awareness and understanding one's own reality.
06:54 📊 Using numerical representations and models can help understand complex phenomena and overcome self-deception based on stories.
07:48 💤 Achieving a 100% sleep score for six months demonstrates the potential for reliable high-quality sleep and its positive impact on cognitive and emotional performance.
10:30 🛏 Sleep is the single most important daily activity, and prioritizing it leads to higher performance, clarity, and better decision-making.
13:27 ⏳ Bryan Johnson emphasizes that the future is already here, and prioritizing sleep challenges social norms and empowers individuals for better health and performance.
17:36 🍪 Bryan acknowledges his own weakness for junk food and emphasizes the importance of creating an environment that eliminates self-harm triggers.
19:26 🧩 Bryan's "Blueprint" approach aims to identify and eliminate behaviors contributing to aging and prioritize longevity with extreme discipline.
21:33 🌌 Bryan believes that with emerging technologies like AI, humans are on the brink of an era where they can engineer and program reality in ways that were once unimaginable.
22:39 💼 Bryan Johnson launched his own private Equity Fund called Flight Fund in 2023, with a focus on high-growth companies aiming to become European unicorns.
23:07 📊 Founders and investors can now pitch their companies or apply to invest in Flight Fund through their website flightfund.com. However, investing in the fund is high-risk and regulated by the FCA.
24:03 💰 Concerns about increasing wealth disparities due to aging populations are raised. In 2020, people over 65 held 35% of global wealth, projected to increase to nearly 50% by 2050.
24:31 💭 Bryan Johnson sees addressing wealth disparities as a public policy problem rather than a reason to oppose longevity and life extension. He believes everyone should have the opportunity for extended life.
25:26 🌐 Johnson believes that humanity took control of its own evolution when it gained the ability to engineer biology, allowing for the possibility of programming physical reality, including conscious states.
26:22 🔬 Kernel, Bryan Johnson's venture, aims to use science and data to enhance cognitive existence. They focus on making brain information as accessible as stepping on a scale.
28:42 🍄 Bryan Johnson shares a personal experience with psychedelics, highlighting how it changed his perception of reality and the fragility of our subjective experiences.
33:18 ⚖ Bryan Johnson acknowledges the challenge of betting on uncertainty and the difficulty of embracing radical change, even if it offers the potential for new and extraordinary experiences.
35:10 🧠 Johnson expresses contentment with the current state of life but finds motivation in the possibilities of the future, believing that we are on the cusp of a transformative era.
37:31 🧬 Bryan Johnson believes that humanity is transitioning into a new species through advancements like CRISPR genetic engineering, which has the potential to break through the current lifespan ceiling.
40:12 💉 Gene therapy involves injecting specific genes into the body to modify genetic expression. Johnson shares his experience with a gene therapy that increases the expression of F Statin protein.
42:56 🧪 Bryan Johnson emphasizes the importance of sustained levels of NAD for effective anti-aging interventions, cautioning against haphazard approaches like intravenous drips. He recommends regular, measured intake of supplements like NMN and NR.
45:29 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil is rich in polyphenols, which studies suggest can potentially safeguard against various health conditions, including cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and neurodegenerative conditions.
46:09 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil is considered an easy and actionable lifestyle change with high impact on health and wellness.
46:33 🫒 Premium olive oil may have a spicy and smooth taste, but it's not meant to be consumed in large quantities like a beverage.
47:13 🫒 Consuming extra virgin olive oil may have benefits similar to the diabetes drug Exenatide (EXEMP), including weight loss.
47:56 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil has shown to reduce invasive breast cancer risk, lower blood sugar levels, and decrease oxidized LDL levels.
48:39 🫒 Not all olive oils meet the quality thresholds for health benefits, so it's important to find a trusted source.
52:21 🍆 A device can measure nighttime erections to provide data on sexual health, cardiovascular health, and psychological health.
53:19 🍆 Shockwave therapy, a technology using focused shock waves, is being explored to potentially rejuvenate the penis and improve nighttime erections.
55:07 💇‍♂ Brian Johnson uses a combination of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), minoxidil, and other treatments to address hair loss.
56:11 🍆 The shockwave therapy aims to break down and regenerate penile tissues, potentially leading to improved erections.
58:44 💇‍♂ Hair loss can be a significant psychological challenge for men, and there are various treatments available, though not all are fully effective.
01:03:19 💨 Brian Johnson monitors air quality in his house to ensure optimal conditions and uses air filters to maintain clean indoor air.
01:07:31 🌱 Kate reached out to Brian Johnson multiple times before eventually working with him on the blueprint protocol.
01:08:00 🏢 Kate's background is in creative marketing and brand design, and she and Brian work closely together on various projects.
01:08:15 🚀 Kate became the first woman to follow the blueprint protocol, a rigorous lifestyle regimen designed for optimal health and longevity.
01:08:42 ⏳ Kate did a 30-day trial of the blueprint protocol before making it public to ensure it was a sustainable commitment.
01:09:11 🔄 Kate's daily routine now includes 100% sleep, precise nutrition, over 60 supplements, and regular exercise.
01:10:44 📊 Blueprint involves constant measurement and intervention to optimize health and well-being.
01:11:54 🩺 Initial baseline tests revealed potential health risks, such as high oxidized LDL, highlighting the importance of the protocol.
01:12:20 🌪 Kate faced personal challenges, including confronting self-destructive tendencies, during the blueprint process.
01:12:48 🤝 Kate realized she had prioritized helping others over her own well-being, leading to a shift in perspective.
01:14:12 📈 Kate saw significant improvements in various aspects of her health and fitness during the 30-day trial.
01:15:59 🆓 The blueprint protocol, including dietary guidelines, exercises, and supplements, is made available for free worldwide.
01:25:27 💬 Brian emphasized the importance of self-care and prioritizing one's own health and well-being.
01:28:10 🌱 Bryan Johnson discusses the development of the Blueprint product stack, aiming to provide a comprehensive and nutritious food supplement.
01:29:20 🌍 Bryan emphasizes the potential impact of Blueprint on a global scale, considering it as a species-wide evolutionary plan.
01:35:30 💡 Bryan reflects on the importance of prioritizing health and wellness, suggesting that achieving a clear mind state is crucial for making informed decisions about our wants and desires.

Three very smart, kind, and compassionate humans. Brian's point about Halloween and kids going door-to-door for sweets is spot on. The constant habit of giving children sugar is insane and obviously puts them on a trajectory of being overweight and unhealthy adults.
It's become normal to be sick and get disease but it's not natural.
Hopefully blueprint helps to change that trajectory.

Halloween was manufactured because of the time of year (typically cooling). Young people exposed to cooler temperatures, consuming massive amounts of sugar negatively impacts immune system. Be an involved parent, have a day or two of dressing up fun and celebrating, and then…. Control to a point, how much they ingest!!! It’s not brain science…. Truly, these years wiz by.. you can maybe have 6-8 days of your child‘S life where it was just fun for fun’s sake !! How about a good , solid home life and healthy diet throughout the entire rest of the year?!?!?!….with good naps, good sleep hygiene… good healthy, safety boundaries… then it would amaze you to see how these very.. extremely… may I repeat , very small numbers of days in each child’s life , do Not Ruin there lifelong habits!! I have children in their forties and twenties… some of their fondest memories are of Halloween, the fun we had … and they’re all university graduates, well rounded and decent human beings …. And I’m thrilled to say that my grandkids aged 8-16…. Are seemingly following that same trajectory….. I really think maladjusted adults are so intent on coming down like a ton of bloody bricks on children today to -what??- ‘get their own back’ by punishing the current batch of kids!???!!

We all respond better and are more at ease when we feel accepted, respected, and appreciated by others. What I love about Bryan is that whenever he's really happy about achieving something it's not in a smug "look at me" way but in a " if I can do it then so can you" type of way. He's showing that something can be done, he's gone out and demonstrated it. It's not theoretical.
Obviously this then butts up against what is practical in our lives or within our capability and finances. But don't let perfect be the enemy of good, do what you can and strive for improvement within your means.

This video illustrates the characteristics of our current era: the belief in invincibility, the illusion of control, the fixation on youth, and the relentless pursuit of sanity amidst this chaos. We exist in a state of imbalance, losing touch with the fundamental reasons for our presence on Earth. Perhaps fear propels individuals to assert control, yet the essential lesson is that no one truly holds the reins. Our purpose is to undergo this profound life experience, but many are so self-absorbed that they fail to contribute to others, becoming quasi-gods for everyone else.
As mere sparks of divinity experiencing life, our hope is to share love, empathy, and kindness, steering away from the trappings of control, vanity, trying to stay young forever which is at its core fear-rooted in the underlying fear of death. Embracing the understanding that we are eternal, numerous near-death experiences globally recount stories, providing a glimpse of our potential. The call for balance in nature and on Earth echoes throughout history, as empires repeatedly crumble due to nuclear wars and technology. Ai will never be the answer,... The pressing question remains: will we ever grasp the true purpose of this experience, and once we do, will we acknowledge that love, not fear, is the core truth?

Why should we want to live 500 years? for which purpose? To end up with a brain attached to an artificial body? I believe we live for a reason (purpose, experiences) and then we are off to experience another dimension. AI will be the downfall for humanity (sooner or later).

The fall of civilizations prior to our existence is a fact. We are now witness to the development of A.I. and yet mankind is still struggling to become civilized. Everyday in our News we experience atrocities by average everyday people. Often times it is world leaders at fault. They are just humans imperfect by design and have a duty to lead.. I am conflicted about this video. I am starting to become a little concerned about the anti-ageing industry. Ageing is actually natural, normal and part of the cycle of life. Maybe ageing well as opposed to anti-ageing would be more appropriate. I have actually stepped back a bit from the 'wellness' obsession, I have stopped monitoring everything aspect of my life. Sometimes I get a lot of sleep, sometimes I don't, oh well. Sometimes I eat pizza, or have cake but I know that I mostly eat very well. Ageing is perfectly fine and it is not your fault if you get older. You are supposed to like all living creatures.

Two biggest takeaways from today's episode:
    1. Brian's perception of the current humanity being so primitive and how he flows that into his vision was so convincing. There, I felt like my view on his project had changed 100%.
    2. Much more private, and more humor, overall the conversation was very enjoyable to the extent that I feel like some kind of attachment was created toward these people. I appreciate it.

Agreed. I think that #1 is a common mistake I see. People think that we’re somehow complete in our evolution, or can sit still on the life we’re currently living. In every society, and every era we’ve existed in, people lived as if nothing could change and complained whenever it did. Embracing change is a much more efficient mechanism; the opposition conversation dies eventually, and the progress conversation will always keep going. It’s part of being human, it’s just funny when you start thinking about it as an infinite game.

Firstly a thank you to all involved. I have found it comforting to know Brian sees the human species the way i do. Pushed and pulled around from compulsion to impulse through various addictions.
I'm all to familiar with the above as i have been diagnosed with BPD, known here in the UK as EUPD. Im starting to look at blueprint as my only way to get on top of my infuriatingly self destructive nature.
Everything else, from psychotherapy for 6 years to exercise and nutrition does not seem to put a dent in that tyrant in my head that so often holds me hostage.
I will be ordering the full stack as soon as it becomes available. Working on meal prepping the recipes as we speak in an affordable way. For context, i am a 31 year old radiology student. Money is super tight but i really hope to give this a good go, for the sake of me, my family and humanity. Hope you get to read this. Thank you for making this accessible to us all.

But personally, I also prioritise my sleep and would sleep in a separate room, or do other things to not let my kids to disturb me without real need. I have toddler twins, as my husband is less sensitive to noise, doesn't wake up easily and he also gets up early, we agreed that he will sleep with the twins, not me. But how many mothers and their husbands would even consider such arrangements? Many would believe it's their duty, without thinking of the consequences of the lack of sleep.

I just want to take a moment of gratitude towards both Bryan and Kate. The two of them are contributing so much towards the evolution of the human species and are willing to share it to the whole world. That being said they don't primarily focus on themselves, but are also willing to try and make the data useful for all genders and etnicities around the world longterm. I think both these episodes and the Don' t Die book have really brought the empathy Bryan wanted from the audience and I feel like more and more people start to understand his perspective on the world and how grateful we should be for someone like him. Everyone around the world will be able to make use of the data that's coming from his extreme lifestyle. That being said I do have a question for them. I expierence a lot of anxieties when measuring data about sleep for example. If I don' t meassure it I sleep fine, but when I do I start contemplating a lot in bed about what to do to improve my scores and I feel very bad when I can' t fall asleep immediately when I meassure it. Do you guys notice this too and if so how to cope with it?

Bryan is doing what I've wondered about all my adult life. At least since I first heard about the industrial revolution, and watching sci fi as a child/tween. I've always wondered what would have happened if we had developed our cognitive and sensory lives rather than our physical industrial lives. What if we developed ESP or whatever we call it now, our brains, our bodies and our metaphysical lives. What if we optimised r&d for the development of the human species and not money and power. Bryan is doing that experiment for me now. Thank you.
As a person who ended up with post viral immune dysfunction fatigue syndrome (& all the offshoots, ie chronic daily headache, chronic migraine, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, MCS, arthritis, neural inflammation, horrible memory & general cognitive impairment, and with that, a career gone up in smoke, loss of all my assets, loss of my greatest personal asset - my brain, and it feels like I've aged 15 years each time I completed a year of meds 3 times - so I'm feeling incredibly old, I'm dead keen to see the numbers, see the developments, and the science, the progress, the hope, the excitement, and the possibilities. I fully realise he is doing this for the normal person (& himself mostly), but those of us who have had the best years of our lives ripped out from under us could potentially benefit from much of the research. I hope I get to live some kind of quality life before my time's up. Go Bryan. Wishing you stupendous success 😊💯💥💫✊

    Hello Bryan!
I have been following your journey for a bit now and I am 100% onboard with your mission and everything you are doing to further the human race. I have never commented on any of your content or interviews you’ve done because I assumed you’re too busy being an entrepreneur to read random comments from strangers like me. However, you mentioned in this interview that you try to read every single comment, so I am going out on a limb in hopes that one day you may see this!
I am a 29-year-old female professional dancer with a master’s degree in Health Education and Promotion. I have been vegan and gluten free for 12+ years. I workout every single day. I wear spf on my face and body every day no matter the weather. I have air purifiers in every room. I wear earplugs in many places in order to not damage my hearing. I don’t drink or eat out of plastic. I cook only on cast iron pans. I sleep 8 hrs every night. I fast for 12-15 hrs every day. I do not smoke, drink, or do any kind of drugs. I have all my devices on airplane mode whenever possible and do not use wireless headphones to reduce EMF radiation. I take only freezing cold showers. The only water I drink is filtered from toxins. I purchase only 100% chocolate and olive oil that have the lowest levels of heavy metals, etc. All of my toiletries and cosmetics are completely plant based, fragrance free, dye free, etc. I spend hundreds of dollars a week on vitamins and supplements (I take more pills a day than anyone I know besides you!). I don’t use a microwave. I don’t even own a TV. I am obviously extremely passionate about health and wellness and maximizing my lifespan and living as long as possible. I have basically been following your Blueprint for years now without even knowing it!!! I love everything you are doing and fully support it. (We are not ‘crazy’ for not wanting to die. Other people are crazy for doing things daily that are knowingly increasing their speed of aging. It is very sad to me how ignorant people are to their own self-destructive behaviors…)
Anyway, needless to say I would have loved to be your first official female test subject for Blueprint, haha. The main reason why is because I have one issue that I cannot seem to figure out in regards to your protocols. When I was on an extremely low-calorie diet, my body fat dropped significantly and I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. I lost my period for several years. I now have to eat 2,500-3,000 calories a day to sustain the amount of intense exercise I do while maintaining the function of my female hormones. This is my biggest curiosity when it comes to Blueprint for women. I know that having a regular consistent menstrual cycle is imperative for female health. However, when I restrict my calories it becomes dangerous and affects my hormones. Females biologically require a higher percentage of body fat, especially around the stomach area, in order to have a fully functional hormonal system and healthy properly working uterus. I do want to have children in the near future, so I know I cannot restrict my caloric intake and get down to such a low weight as I was in the past. However, I am very passionate about following Blueprint meticulously so I can reduce my speed of aging (and so I “DON’T DIE”)!! :D How can a woman of fertile age maximize fertility to bear children someday, yet also be on such a restrictive diet? Like I said, I eat 100% vegan and gluten free. I eat the same meals every day, practically the same meals as you, just in a bit bigger quantities so I don’t lose my period again. I hope your new experiment with Kate will reveal much needed answers to the complicated questions about female biology and hormones.
Thank you so much for your dedication and passion. You are a gift to this world and I love watching you succeed. Hope to hear from you!
    Be Well,
    Irene Schultz, M.Ed.

The truth hurts, but there's no denying it that we're all caught up in a system that lies to us, and keeps the truth hidden. Keep on succeeding, the best revenge to all the haters, is success!

I LOVED this episode. Super interesting, and gives me hope as someone with chronic illness that I often have difficulty managing on my own. Like Steven, I wondered about the implications of the female hormone cycle on Kate's Blueprint needs, and I will be curious to hear the developments down the line. I thinks it's awesome that Blueprint is being studied on both sexes, as there are big differences down to a cellular level between the male and female bodies that can be overlooked in medicine, often biased in favor of men, and leading to poorer health outcomes for women. Perhaps, at some point, Blueprint could even be used by women as a tool to gain a deeper understanding of our bodies, and maybe even lead to an appreciation of our bodies' needs. I am hopeful.
Thank you Bryan and thank you Steve for a fantastic episode!

Bryan you are changing the future for us all and I appreciate your passion and sacrifices. I would love to help share this with our Hispanic community. Also, looking forward to being able to purchase this protocol for myself. I am currently healing from mold toxicity and this journey has allowed me to see how much I have disregarded my bad habits. Thanks again for inspiring us to understand that we can live forever and it's in our control. #NOTEMUERAS!

I believe that many vaccines are toxic. Some might be necessary but not all and certainly at the frequency we give them. There is a process called titer that can measure what volumne of vaccine still in the body so not to over vaccinate our 4 legged children.

Before watching this guy I thought he was some crazy dude trying to live forever, but he actually makes some really valid points about breaking out of societal norms and wanting to conform to other ideologies. It is true many people are living in the past and will look at you as crazy when you come up with new ideas or want to try something different. A couple years ago if you were to explain that people would be using artificial intelligence on a daily basis to conduct everyday activities and help them work, they would probably argue that it would take longer for us to achieve that.
