Gary is a gift to humanity. He communicates what I have been screaming about for 50 years that all the body really needs is nutrients and good wholesome food. Now he brings forward the missing link to why we weren’t assimilating the nutrients we are getting. Add to this a deficient and outdated medical system that takes us further away from the true health that is our birthright. We are finally coming out of the darkness and it’s so reassuring to know that there is hope to seeing people live the vital lives that they deserve. Thank you both for having this amazing discussion.

Cyanocobalamin is used in Europe. After learning about the damage it does I checked all the supplaments at home and they all contained the synthetic version of B12 - Including the children's multivitamins, which I've been given my kids for years. After I tried to replace the supplaments I found that it was impossible to find multivitamins containing the natural form of B12. I now buy Methylcobalamin separately and I stopped using multivitamins.

Hi, i've been looking for vitamin sprays the last few days and coincidentally stumbled across this podcast! Glad I did, very interesting. Fortunately, the multi vitamin B complex one i've found doesn't contain the synthetic version. It's by Nature's Aid if you're interested. I'd shop around though as the price varies! I did notice some sprays specifically for kids, but didn't read what types of vitamins used in those, you'd hope the non~synthetic ones as well though!

Gary, I listened to you last year talking to Dana White. You said basically if you do something for 21 days you can make the strength of my you develop stick with. Drink water for 21 days I think is what you were saying. I didn't quite do that but last year at the begining of the year I did do a fast & cleanse that was 25 days, not a 100% pure in terms of just drinking water. I drank water for about the first 10 days & then or as well as coffee, tea & then protein drinks, I read the labels first of course. Around day 15 or so I started drinking soups such as tomato & butter nut squash as well as chicken & beef broth. I first did a fat or cleanse 20 something years ago. The part about what you were saying about the strength of mind & sticking to it for 21 days I used as a motivator & I believe it works to make your self believe it to be true. I think you said there is actual data to prove it's true. Anyways about half way thru the year I was looking at where my most consumption of sugar comes from. I looked & said I drink juice everyday, read the labels, some have 8 to 10 or 12 % total juice in them, a ton of sugar & added sugar with this fructose syrup. RFK Jr was saying you gotta get off the high fructose syrup, sugar & added sugar. For the last 6 months I basically cut out most of the high fructose syrup by reading the labels & not drinking juices like that. I cut out sugars & added sugar. I ate fruit, more salads, higher protein & fiber foods. Fast forward to mid December, I did another fast & cleanse. I drank carrot juice with ginger & tumeric, lemon juice, lime juice, soup broth, tried not to drink coffee so I could eliminate caffeine. I drank a lot of protein drinks with 30 gram protein & 1 gram of sugar. My point is this, by eliminating the juice I used to drink everyday full of high fructose syrup, eating salads, watermelon, high fiber foods such as beans when I did my cleanse & fast this time I lost about the same amount of weight, 30 pounds in about 20 days. This time I dealt I was much simpler & went much smoother. Also I knew I could do 21 days standing on my head to use a phrase. Day 26 I had a carrot ginger puree soup. I'm going to continue to do rolling fast & cleanses for the rest of my life. I feel much better when I do, I have more energy, more strength of self & just feel more inspired. On day 30 I think it was I had some tan tan broth with a spicy red pepper paste & added a big spoon of ground ginger. Afterward I was nodding off & I had a hallucination I believe from the ground ginger. Oh yeah, I started doing this cleanse & fast this time because I had checked into a hospital. They said I had "cellulitis" an infection in my leg. I had a foot fungus I couldn't get rid of & the doctor thinks because I was scratching so much I could have had a cut in my skin & that lead to an infection. I started to immediately think I need to regenerate my cells. Last year I was also sick when I did the cleanse & fast. I believe it helps to improve my health. I thought I wrote to you & let you know I used some of what you said & found it to be helpful, thanks man.

Very interesting, BUT, there’s also a cheaper and more accurate way to test for whether MTHFR variations are causing disease. Simply check the levels of homocysteine in the blood. If levels are high, one can react appropriately. If homocysteine levels are normal - even if there is an MTHFR variation - then nothing needs to be done clinically. In other words, the homocysteine levels determine our actions, not the MTHFR test results. I'm interested to hear from @garybrecka on this and am open to his feedback.

check out how to reduce your inflammation - from what you eat and reduce emf exposure ( turn cell phones and wifi off ). enzymes can help remove fibrin ( glue from cell damage ). serratiopeptadase is powerful, but take a wide variety of enzymes. I'm testing out a bunch of different products. My pain is way lower. White willow can reduce pain naturally. you'll have to take time off to heal. do nothing. just rest. sleep on the earth. stretch. breathe. let your body rest. Low levels of thc can help you reduce inflammation and get enough energy to stretch/massage/breathe/relax and heal. The body heals when it is relaxed. Our modern environment is full of stressors. Sleeping on the earth in nature is the best way to heal, as the environment is pure. I have the electricity off in my bedroom and living room and no wifi, phone on airplane mode and my internet is plugged into ethernet on my computer or my phone. I make calls using OpenPhone. Made videos on this on my page. Feeling better. Good luck brother. Godspeed. Prayer helps too if you feel there is a challenge. Pray to the Light, to the pure God that watches over us, you will be helped if you have Faith.

@damndman2009 look up and reach out to Stuart Mcgill. He's got the big three back/an stabilization exercises to help people come back from injury and lifelong back issues. He doesn't believe surgery is required for most people and that things can typically usually be fixed. Look him up on youtube....Brian Carroll a known powerlifter has squatted a thousand pounds plus used his methods to come back from injury. Trust me he's what you want if you're willing to do the work on your own at home. If you just want an easy fix-pop a pain pill or surgery to solve your problem and not do therapy exercises at home Gary isn't for you. If you're willing to do the work-look him up.

Red light is awesome. Benefits are all the things mentioned, but just like with all things, balance is key because it does affect melanin. The ability to tan. It actually heals photo radiation or melanoma that creates dark spots on the skin, but to do this, it stops melanin. So i think Joe was right on questioning doing it daily for those who are more conscientious of melanin production and its health benefits. With anything, balance is key 🔑. Not a doc, just a person sharing personal thoughts and experience. Definitely research these on your own.❤
