I love how you sounded when you speak thai! love yr channel!
Thank you so much; up until recently I worked in a restaurant with an amazing chef and mentor, she would make this almost every day and share with everyone.
I don't forsee myself getting another chance to taste her cooking but this brought a smile to my face knowing it'll taste similar. She truly made my time there memorable and I miss her sincerely
ชอบสำเนียงและวิธีการนำเสนอค่ะ เข้าใจง่ายดีค่ะ
A little different from my mom's recipe but, it looks tasty! I love the way you showed the knife shredding technique. That is how my mom does it even though she owns a julienne peeler. Thanks for sharing!
Forget about the papaya salad, your Thai sound wonderful ! Love it
thank you for this.
in part for Thai and English (trying to learn)
and for the easy to follow instructions,
I had to have a plate of som tum everyday in Thailand
"pit nit noe" hhaha
how I miss it
Tried this recipe....I loved it. Gave some to my roommates, they loved it. I since never found a restaurant that makes it as good and fresh.
Your cooking is so visually appealing. Thank you for the recipe, and your verbal demonstration in both English and Thai is impeccable. 😊

Hard to find green papaya but l used mango come out yummy. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent.
I had a Thai Salad for the first time recently and now I am addicted to them. Mine had cabbage which made the texture (along with the peanuts) and taste amazing.
Thanks for the recipe and video, I will try this soon. :)
LoveMusic4652 They ad cabbage because it's cheaper than green papaya 😂
In my family, we add Cabbage to the side of the papaya salad. We also use crabpaste and tamarind so the taste is a little heavier than in this video. I like it both ways but the cabbage does add a crunchiness to the papaya that I like.
น่าทานมากค่ะ..
