@@moumitakhamrai you cannot spot reduce fat. No specific workout will target certain areas of fat on your body. Fat loss is an all over body process! This workout is designed to strengthen and tone these areas of your body. You are however, burning calories, sweating, breathing heavy, and therefore burning fat. But to increase fat loss you want to make sure you are combining workouts like these (strength focused) as well as cardio based workouts (something to increase the heart rate and get you breathing heavy) for maximum results. Don't forget diet plays a big role in fat loss, too!
Maddie, I really appreciate your hard work with getting the camera moving as you move, but can you go back to a normal static camera? its much less distracting
I really like her vibe. I didn't just feel like I was a workout class with some random person but it felt like she really was doing it with me and was there to support us. Felt like just the right amount of "you've got this" type of talk (for me some fitness people say it too much and it makes me more aware of how I am struggling).
Enjoyed this work out! The camera angels were challenging a bit, I think it’s easier when it’s in one place or showing your whole body the whole time so we can make sure our technique is matching yours. Thanks!

Dawn Wien focus on your own form, not the video! I watch the first few seconds of the exercise and occasionally glance back at it to make sure I’m moving at the right speed, but there’s no need to stare at the screen long enough to get nauseated

I actually love it when the camera is close enough to see if I'm doing the exercise right but maybe trying to record with two still cameras and switching it in post, but still loved the workout! 2 in one! tomorrow my abs and booty will be burning! thanks!
Maddie’s ab workouts are my fav. I find she gives more instruction in these slower quieter videos so I’m less scared of hurting myself by not doing it right!!
Loved this work out. Slower pace makes me feel I’m working on muscles correctly and not just flinging limbs around in order to get out of breath. Thanks Maddie x
I really really like this one. Im 52 years old with arthritis, fibromyalgia, disc degeneration, in my spine, neck, shoulders, hips , knees and every other possible place that even affects my head constantly with constant headaches. Plus I have scoliosis in my lower back. Most the strong workouts on youtube I cant get through because it hurts my hips so much... but this is more of a get well workout for me. If it wasnt for my workouts daily I wouldnt be able to get out of bed. The secret to severe chronic pain is not just to loose weight but to stay active. I also walk two sets of dogs every day. Either the river, lake, woods , park or somewhere. I told a dr one day my pain was at an 8...(its usually between a 7 to 10...It rarely goes below 7. The dr asked me why I wasnt in bed with that kind of pain. Im like BECAUSE THEN ITS WORSE!! Joints stiffen up...cant move..ONE DAY....JUST ONE DAY without a workout will put my pain at a ten. So you are new to me but I love your workout . Thank you for listening to my story! Btw young ladies, take care yourself. Dont let men abuse you. Dont get into the most pit. DONT FALL....etc etc. peace.

I actually didn't mind the camera movement as I only watch you demonstrate and don't watch while I do the move.. I found the new angles easier to see the correct form.... I don't understand all the complaints ... How are you doing the exercises while watching the whole time????
I follow her timing/pace, so I look at her throughout. It looked like the person even almost dropped the camera a couple of times. I cast the video to my tv, so it's a lot of crazy camera movement on a big screen, not just my phone screen.
I agree. I prefer seeing the foot placement with body movement. It's easier to follow on a stationary setup than moving around. Harder to focus I found. Great workout tho! 👍
Turned 49 this summer and I’ve done it all from jazzercise to gyms. Maddie your channel is the best!!! ...Fits into my life, easy to follow, variety of moves keeps me interested, challenging but not discouraging. I definitely feel it the next day! Thank you!! More pj workouts too please!!
This was unique compared to a lot of the other ab workouts on TH-cam. I appreciate that you added balance and stability components which are a lot more functionally relevant than just doing a bunch of crunch/leg lift movements on the floor. Thank you. Also, the camera movements didn't bother me at all. Based on all the comments about it I expected it to be horrible, but I was more focused on what I was doing rather than what was happening on the video and I didn't even notice it.

I like that there are no repeat sets of exercises. I enjoyed this however, id rather have the csmera at a still position showing ur whole body as how u used to do it. :)

I've been doing the 15min abs workout for the last week, and just tried this one today. Love love love it! Always such good variation in your workouts, i never get bored! I can't say i noticed anything with the camerawork like others are saying. Keep it up you're awesome!
I see a lot of people complaining about the camera moving. If you’re doing the workouts you wouldn’t see the camera moving. I didn’t see the camera moving at all because I was doing the workouts. I’m serious about my workout I don’t just lay in bed and watch. I been doing her workouts for years so I listen more than I watch.

I was was like, ashamed of myself cause i was back then with 10 and 11 years old national champion with my team... Absolutely loved this workout! I love how you explain the movement in the rest cycles in between and then we can start along with the timer! So, we can move along and don't have to look at the screen again and again unless we have doubts. So, the camera angle is not at all distracting. It was raining sweat after the workout! you honestly have the BEST workouts for all levels! You focus on good form which is really important for not having an injury. I like your music - nothing crazy, and your workout environment is clean, minimalist, and inviting. Can't say I loved whoever is videotaping you - got a little wobbly but not a deal breaker! Thanks for ALL the options you have - definitely doable to get in a bunch of exercises all at once. 3 15 min videos to do is great for all over body conditioning! I have recommended your TH-cam channel to all my friends :-)

@everyone complaining about the camera The purpose of the moving camera is to show all angles of the body to avoid bad form because that does more harm than good and it's hard to show all angles of the more involved stretches If you're just beginning this isn't the video for you yet but MAN this kicked my butt
I got eighteen minutes in before relunctantly switching over to another video. The camera work made me dizzy and was distracting. The steady one shot is much more conducive to a great practice. Thanks Maddy !
This is a very cool but intense workout! I love it!! I think the camera angles do make me pay more attention to your form and by copying it, adds to the intensity of the exercise. Perhaps there is room for such camera work when form is important? Also could explore three angles but fixed camera views? Anyhow...I'm loving this. Thank you so much!!!
Awesome workout! Thanks Maddie! I didn't mind the camera movement, but my equilibrium got a little off when it happened. However, that's mainly because I attempted to complete this workout on a fasted diet this morning in which a 30 minute workout turned into a 45 minute workout with all the breaks I needed to take. Other than that I loved it! Now I have a new goal of not taking any breaks. lol

I love the dual work out, 2-in-1 feel so efficient and really motivates me to finish the whole routine, because it feels like very second really counts and matters
I will say, I am an equestrian (horseback rider🐴) and this was the best workout I’ve had since subscribing to you! Mainly because the workout showed me and made me keep my upper body still, and that’s a HUGE thing in the horse world! 🏇🏾 I will be doing this workout again! Thank you!
Wonderful workout, with no repeats! Except for the end, but I can forgive that ;) The camera movement didn't bother me, mostly because once I have the movement series I only check back occasionally.
Love this! The camera moving was a little wobbly, but I like it showing some different angles. Then I can really make sure I'm doing the move as you described! I used to do all things Beachbody, but I just really enjoy all your workouts, both these strength ones and your dance ones when I want to get my groove on! ;D
Anyone else having lower back pain doing that last exercise? I seem to do everything right and also focus on using the glute muscles while doing this, but it still makes my back hurt like hell.

you honestly have the BEST workouts for all levels! You focus on good form which is really important for not having an injury. I like your music - nothing crazy, and your workout environment is clean, minimalist, and inviting. Can't say I loved whoever is videotaping you - got a little wobbly but not a deal breaker! Thanks for ALL the options you have - definitely doable to get in a bunch of exercises all at once. 3 15 min videos to do is great for all over body conditioning! I have recommended your TH-cam channel to all my friends :-)

@everyone complaining about the camera
The purpose of the moving camera is to show all angles of the body to avoid bad form because that does more harm than good and it's hard to show all angles of the more involved stretches
If you're just beginning this isn't the video for you yet but MAN this kicked my butt

I got eighteen minutes in before relunctantly switching over to another video. The camera work made me dizzy and was distracting. The steady one shot is much more conducive to a great practice. Thanks Maddy !
Loved this workout got my Friday evening off to a good start, however the moving camera made me feel a but woozy.
This is a very cool but intense workout! I love it!! I think the camera angles do make me pay more attention to your form and by copying it, adds to the intensity of the exercise. Perhaps there is room for such camera work when form is important? Also could explore three angles but fixed camera views? Anyhow...I'm loving this. Thank you so much!!!

Awesome workout! Thanks Maddie! I didn't mind the camera movement, but my equilibrium got a little off when it happened. However, that's mainly because I attempted to complete this workout on a fasted diet this morning in which a 30 minute workout turned into a 45 minute workout with all the breaks I needed to take. Other than that I loved it! Now I have a new goal of not taking any breaks. lol

I will say, I am an equestrian (horseback rider🐴) and this was the best workout I’ve had since subscribing to you! Mainly because the workout showed me and made me keep my upper body still, and that’s a HUGE thing in the horse world! 🏇🏾 I will be doing this workout again! Thank you!

The camera movement didn't bother me, mostly because once I have the movement series I only check back occasionally.

Love this! The camera moving was a little wobbly, but I like it showing some different angles. Then I can really make sure I'm doing the move as you described! I used to do all things Beachbody, but I just really enjoy all your workouts, both these strength ones and your dance ones when I want to get my groove on! ;D
I love that it’s all in one round. It gives me motivation to continue the whole thing and it didn’t even feel like 30 minutes! :)
Anyone else having lower back pain doing that last exercise? I seem to do everything right and also focus on using the glute muscles while doing this, but it still makes my back hurt like hell.

Yes Yes Yes! I like everything: the camera movement (you can see it more closely), the movements are not repeated, 30 minutes of workout! I did it today! This is what I need! 👍👍👍
