      @@DrTomBiernacki Very interesting!
I got rid of my pain in wrists and fingers, and I can say that four of my friends repeated it. Two things:
      1) Related to what you mentioned :)
These days our packaged food is loaded with sugar, refined carbs, cheap vegetable seed oils that cause insulin resistance and chronic inflammation. Quit using that, return to the food your grand grand parents ate. Too bad that over 90% of the supermarket isles are no go area... All this food promotes inflammation, and yes, arthritis IS inflammation 🔥
      2) Almost no doctor knows this, but some pharmacists perhaps know it.. In countries where the soil has no BORON (an element with properties close to Silicon), like Haiti, arthritis is abundant.
In areas where Boron is mined, and it is in drinking water and vegetation, almost no arthritis occurs, like in Israel, Turkey and some areas in the USA.
I make my own supplement, a low dose of boron in water. After 4-8 weeks I was pain free, and this works for 70-80% of people. Do your own research! Don't believe me on my blue eyes, everybody is responsible for his/her own health!
You may search and download pdf's "Nothing boring about Boron" and "The Boron conspiracy".
Then there is a Dr. Jorge Flechas with presentations on TH-cam. Very interesting and useful. You have to be persistent, but you'll find him.
      Again, it worked for me.
In more detail: Avoid inflammation and insulin resistance, those are leading causes for inflammation, disease and early death.
Having said that: if you smoke, or use alcohol: QUIT doing that.. Not helpful.
If you can, quit or minimize pain medication like Tylenol, Ibuprofen. It is a burden for your liver.
Also stop using all the bad vegetable oils, only saturated oils are ok, butter ok, avocado, coconut, olive oil ok. Bad are rape seed, canola, cottonseed, soy, sunflower oils, margarine. They are daily oxidized and promote chronic inflammation.
I hope your are not a vegan or vegetarian, meat is ok, processed meat only occasional. Forget the junk food, prepare your own stuff with products your great great grandmother would use. Eggs are super, if you can afford organic source. Seeds like pumpkin and sunflower seeds are good, some nuts, if you like it: fatty fish! Caught, not farmed.
If you use refined carbs and sugar, quit those as much as possible.. Not easy, I know. Treat yourself as being diabetic, unless you lived a healthy life.
I do intermittent fasting, I always skip breakfast. Oh, bread and cereals, cookies, cakes, deserts, sweets, most chocolate, sweet fruit, sodas are refined carbs too ❌
If you use medicines, find out for yourself what undesired effects they may have.. In that case do your own research for better alternatives and discuss this with your doctor. Never make changes without medical advice.
As said. I use Boron, that is a great supplement for bones! It regulates calcium, magnesium and phosphor. Also regulates testosterone, estrogen, and helps your brain. It is anti-inflammatory, and anti-molds. May help sleeping better.
Very good against osteoporosis, when combined with vit D3, K2(!!), magnesium.
I make my own Boron supplement. I purchased borax on the internet. Some $10=€10 per kg, this is good for 27 years of use! Dead cheap!!
I dissolve 10 grams borax in 500 ml water. 1 ml solution contains 2 mg of active Boron. I take 5 ml daily, that equals 10 mg elemental Boron.
Most important is healthy food and doing your own searches on Google and TH-cam. 🙏🏻💚

Last year I could hardly walk and had gel shots in my knees. I drink quality organic turmeric powder and home made bone broth along with blueberry smoothies every day. I take Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, D, fish oil, Lysine, Arginine, CoQ10, Oregano oil, Mullein, Magnesium and Ashwaganda plus a few meds (statin, blood thinner and two for BP plus a diuretic). I sleep waaay better and can functionally walk. I have CHF, had a heart attack and bypasses. I lost 30 pounds and 12 years out I still rock. Fight like you mean it.

Too Much. If you do extended research you may find he BP medication is your WORST ememy. An extensive researched by a highly proclaimed doctor that went against Big Pharma yields that BP medication, including tap water, has been tainted with Snake Venom. That is what the EVIL medical and pharma industries have been utiliing to keep citizens on the medical hampter wheel. They have been manufacturing lab created Cobra and other snake venom for years; and putting it into water and other man made products to keep the population on a revolving door.

I’ve tried to make sure my shoes are comfortable and cushy, but working in n concrete floors have done me in. But I’m not giving in. Some days are good, some not. But at least I’m aware that I can turn it around. Thanks soo much!!!

I do take fish oils & 2 turmeric supplements a day. Plus turmeric powder on my eggs every day. If it/they are anti inflammatory, I have yet to feel them working. I have osteoarthritis of my hip.
What does actually work is ketogenic diet. I was off Aleve for the pain in 3 weeks. Ketogenic diet kills inflammation in the body. The doctor couldn't believe I take nothing for the pain. I told him there is no more pain. When I, unfortunately, came off keto, I found that rubbing castor oil on my hip took the pain away again. However, I am returning to keto shortly. Second, they do more damage than good. Third and foremost, leave the fish alone🙏. Wore a back brace everyday for a dozen years in my youth, highschool & college years. You need to thank GOD for being pain free. Since I was 6 (a fall from playground bars & suffered a concussion); I have never had a pain free day. I took Glucosamine with MSM for 20 years, but the condroiton hurt my ulcerative stomach. Took tumeric for several years, but got too expensive. Best results was with Japanese algae but the type I took, was taken off the market. Cold of winter is my worst nightmare. Be grateful Melissa.

The one you didn't mention is Boron. I was taking omega 3 and it helped but not as much as since I also started taking Boron and eating more foods like apples with Boron with the omega 3 . This mieral is very effective. I am over 70 and have a weak leg on rt side so the left knee has started to go with loss of cartilage. Cannot afford the costly treatments and have been getting cortisone injections but it doesn't last long . So this combo has helped . I was at least hoping for the time in between the injections but now I am hoping I won't need the injections . I also was riding a stationary bike every day for 30 minutes but had a fall a while ago and so not riding as consistently till I am recovered fully from it . Also watching foods to keep inflammation down and watching inflammation closely . Total effect is it is better -- not yet 100% but it feels a lot easier to walk .

I’ve been taking MSM,glucosamine and chondroitin for over 20 years, it works. I first heard about it in a 60 minutes show where a lady had it prescribed for old dogs and it helped them so much she asked the vet if it was safe for her and he said yes. She took it and after 2 months she was able to play tennis again after many years. She gave it to a couple of people she knew that had stiff painful joints and it worked for them as well. My doctor told me about it years ago and I told him I had been taking it for years. I’m 65 now and can still get down on my knees and play golf regularly. I also take a NSAID now for arthritis but I can vouch for them

The only thing that I take issue with is the statement that “Omega 6 oils are bad”. This is simply not true. Omega 6 oils are essential. Your body can’t function without them. The issue is when you have too much of them and your Omega 6 / Omega 3 ratio gets out of balance - and especially if you consume them in junk food (just like if you consume saturated fats in junk food). The same can be said for water - it is essential for your body to function, but you can die if you have too much of it. People don’t label water as the “bad drink”.

You are 100% correct, inflammation is critical in the the body. There is never enough time to explain things fully 😁. Very very good point ☝️

    • @rredding
      @rredding ปีที่แล้ว +1

One addition to this: saturated fats are not bad for health.
We have been told for ages that "vegetable oils" or seed oils are healthy and saturated oils are clogging the arteries and increasing "bad cholesterol".
Saturated oils and eggs were to be avoided!
In my country we have a margerine, Becel, originally manufactured by Unilever. Becel stands for "Blood Cholesterol Lowering".
You need to do your own research. I did, and I learned that the stories of bad saturated fats and bad cholesterol are myths, still believed in by many doctors, teached by many institutions and extremely beneficial for both huge food producing companies AND pharmaceutical industries and yes, hospitals fare also well by treating patients that live on highly processed, unhealthy foods, loaded with sugar, refined carbs, artificial sweeteners and vegetable oils.
You'll learn that vegetable oils oxidize easily (chemistry: unsaturated or double bonds are highly susceptible to oxygen) and this leads to inflammation. Saturated bonds (it's in the name) cannot react with oxygen that easy, only at very elevated temperatures..
"Bad" cholesterol is a transporter made by the liver, that is damaged by sugars and oxygen, and thus not recognized by the liver. If you already knew this, then sorry, otherwise there's a lot of interesting stuff on TH-cam (e.g. Nina Teicholz, Ivor Cummins, Paul Mason).

I've done my own experiments with Ginger and Turmeric.
I used to live in so much pain on a daily basis. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis from a car accident a long time ago. I used to be between a 5-9 on the scale every day. Every single day without respite, unless I took some prescription that was addictive.
Also, my periods, when I still had them, were practically debilitating on the first day. I used to take so much Ibuprofen and Tylenol both.
Fresh ginger works wonders on relieving pain. About a 1" chunk grated up with a spoonful of honey.
But also, I found a 1:1 ginger turmeric worked on chronic pain that is mild to moderate. 2:1 or 3:1 for moderate to severe. Adding boswellia amps that affect as well.
How I know this, I began taking the duo in 2013. I didn't think it was helping but did notice less pain. I stopped taking it after a month and DID notice more pain after a week.
Since then, and after increasing the ginger, my levels have gone down to between 1-5. Occasionally I have a totally pain free day. The several times when I've forgotten to take it, within a few days I would have an increase in pain suddenly. And it took about 4 days to fully load up again to where I wasn't at that 6-9 level. I added the boswellia when I was diagnosed with HPV one year and told I would need to have some lesions removed. While I saved up for that, I began the boswellia and astragalus without any real faith they would work. I noticed the levels had changed to more like 0-4, but more on the lower side. And they did work to kick the HPV and reduced the lesions.
Btw, Salon Pas patches work wonders on low back pain, really any joint pain that is an acute flare up. Especially if you put them on at night before bed.
Also, though, check with your doctor before starting any of this as all 4 are blood thinners and have contraindications.

In several videos we suggested what specific supplements and vitamins could be used, and health cases when these supplements may help to improve wellbeing. Specific commercial products under different marketing names popup every day and at the same time some other well known supplements disappear from shelfs. So the list may need continuous modification and update. The most important task is to look for active ingredient and its quantity in different supplements.
If possible, we would appreciate a quick review from you; these make a HUGE difference to us!
