I've been with it for 5 and a half months. Lol. I think I started at 320lbs and I'm down to 294.5 so far. It's not easy, but it's worth it. I'm starting to like what I see in the mirror more. I started with 1 of your 30 minute aerobics a day 5 days a week. Now I do 2 of your 30 minute aerobics and one of your 30 minute arms a day, 5 days a week. Such a difference! ❤️💪

Another aerobics video I like. Awesome. My only issues is I felt it started slower than I'd like, but once I've memorized the full range of movement and form I can speed up a little and do a couple extra reps in the alloted time (key is range and form to maximize effectiveness though), and there's 1 exercise that looks like it involves jumping. I need to clear my knees with my doctor before I dare to try jumping but I can do the exercise stepping in the meantime. Otherwise I finished the workout with an elevated heart rate and dripping sweat, and I love that! It means I got a good workout! Love this! ❤️

In generale, consiglio di fare un po' di attività fisica ogni giorno, anche solo 30 minuti di camminata o esercizi leggeri. Tuttavia, se fai attività fisica più intensa o hai un programma di allenamento specifico, potrebbe essere sufficiente farlo 2-3 volte a settimana. Ricorda sempre di ascoltare il tuo corpo e trovare un equilibrio che funzioni
