I just baked but adapted a bit to appropriate to my ingredients which i have in my kitchen i used cultivated bananas and oats instead of ground almond. but came out seem ok, not sweet at all and i love this taste 😋 as i don’t like too sweet Thank you Michael for your recipe!!

I really got interested in this 'banana bread' because it is an excellent 'go to' for using ripe bananas which are always plenty here in the kitchen. Do you think it would be possible to substitute 2 eggs for 100-120 g of Greek yogurt? - Not that this is not good as is, but I love yogurt cakes! - Thanks!

Hi Michael, I would love to try this out. I live in a rental apt n the oven has 2 options: bake with bottom heating element or broil with upper ones. There's no both going on at the same time n it's in °Fahrenheit. I want to try this so bad.

Michael the cake was so very lovely but the next day when I was slicing it it started to break away a little and not easy to keep the shape is this normal or perhaps it was because when it was completely cold I had wrapped it up in tin foil and kept it on the counter.. If you are a beginner, then is a good reason to get a weighing scale. Weighing ingredients by cups will not help you baking anything successfully in the long run. I suggest you better a weighing scale and is not expensive to buy one. Good luck and happy new year to you too.

rudy slippers, if tried it out and is too dry you can always add 30-50 grams of milk into the recipe.

Yes you can use almond flour. Ground Almond is also called as almond flour in some countries.

Turn on the top and bottom heat and make sure your cake pan is placed nicely right in the middle of the oven.
