Having a more active lifestyle is recommended by my drs to help with my health condition, but when you have pain and inflammation it's a catch 22 situation. I did the stretching and full body work out this morning and I feel great! You are an angel for this. I’ve been losing weight pretty for about a month now with simple diet and walking. I recently injured my back to the point where I can’t even get up to pee and the fear of gaining weight while I can’t move is real. This is so much help as it is easy on my back and I can still maintain weight loss while bed ridden.
This definitely worked because I’m on my cycle rn and I’m doing fine plus I love the fact that you didn’t even talk that much and just got to the point of the workout, we didn’t have to skip through the video

Hi lovely, when I tracked it it was 54kcal with an average heart rate range between 71-134 BPM. It depends how many times you stop and how much your heart rate goes up. But what I would say to you is that tracking how many calories a workout burns is less accurate than measuring how strong you become, or how your clothes fit. Keep a diary, if that helps and write your observations in it. My workout focuses on muscle-strengthening, which can help you lose / maintain a healthy weight. I hope this helps. 😁

I am just using MyFitnessPal and I was logging my exercise for the day and I couldn’t determine how many calories I burned, so I wasn’t able to log it, so I thought I’d ask. this helped me so much, i struggled with depression pretty bad and i stated birth control and it’s made me gain 40lbs. i’m 5’0 and 160 obviously not to crazy of a weight gain but i wanna get back to 130-120 and it’s hard to ever wannna get out of bed i did this all with out stopping gonna do this 2 times a day now ❤️

Just completed my first time. Had not exercised in a couple months. I did a few rounds of chair exercise before, but was hard, as no room in my room, as only room mine and my boyfriend's possessions are, and not enough room in other parts of my roomie's house. So, decided to try bed exercises. I so love this and will save this video. I have slipped discs, so, when doing crunches and sit up, I just did something else instead. That almost 12 minutes went by! Bless your very spirit for this video! It was awesomely dynamite fun for someone not into aerobics. TH-cam, please no ads during exercise vids, especially those of us doing for weight loss.
Please be careful when working out with slipped discs, in general it is not recommended to workout during your recovery period and you should avoid doing strenuous activities. I would suggest consulting your physician if you wish to workout. 😊

I have a long road the last year with 11 heart procedures. Lost 45lbs and a lot of muscle mass. I used to compete in nationwide judo competitions and could squat 450lbs in my daily routine. Now I can do about 10,000 steps a day. Came across this video for a way to get back into shape. Can’t wait to do these.

Hi Dayana! I just want to thank you and your videos for helping me stay fit! I have been exercising for 30 minutes (sometimes one hour) everyday for 30 days straight following your videos- such as your warm-up, stretches, arm workout in bed (my fave), full body workouts in bed (second fave), sitting workouts! I have disciplined myself to workout everyday, and it’s made it easier because your videos are direct and easy to follow! They are also fun because I get to move in time with the music playing, and sing along as well haha! I have to tell you, the first day of doing the arm workout, I could not last for even 10 seconds during the scissors (LOL) but now I can do the whole video even without putting my arms to rest! Even the (dreaded) crunches, I have began to embrace and love! I am very proud of myself and it’s thanks to you that I achieved my first goal (30 day workout). I will continue following your videos, and eventually plan to move to your HIIT and longer workouts (once I buy my mat and dumbbells). Thanks, Dayana! This type of workout appealed to me because it is highly beneficial for me. My weight is 110 lbs. the time when I discovered this workout during the last month of 2020. My height is 4'11, I began to be anxious about my weight because of the pandemic. I've been doing this workout for over two months, every other day before I start my day, and my weight has dropped to 94.7 lbs. after just three months. So, as of today, I've stopped working out and begun eating a lot, and I've gained 11 pounds. Due of my hectic schedule, I have no time for it today. I believe this is a sign that I should resume this workout. Thank you very much for sharing this.

Yes, it’s a good beginner workout. Be careful as losing that much weight in such a short amount of time can lead to health issues. Losing 1-2 pounds of weight per week is a safe and healthy recommendation. Please note that losing over 100 pounds will take at least 6 months to a year or longer. Also you might want to reach to a professional for supervision, someone such as a personal trainer or nutritionist as they could help you with losing that much weight in a healthy and safe way. 🤍
Sorry I have missed a few day but new weight is 200, I lose eight pounds omg! It was sad I didn’t loss my intended goal but it is ok, I will get it next time. the workout is great but don’t forgot to eat healthy and try other workouts. The first few days, I was tired and some times sore and I want to stopped but i pushed through, some advice I was to give Is try mixing it up. like today if you want to do full body then the next day do arms and some cardio but try and mix it up but don’t overboard if your hurt or something stop. New weight in is still 193 And i will report back on Jan 1
I've been so mad at myself for letting myself go. I gained so much weight and an not in shape at all. I just did this workout for the first time tonight. It's nice that I can do it in bed where no one is watching, because I feel ashamed of my weight. I'd be living if I said I didn't struggle a bit with this, but I completed it. I have a long road the last year with 11 heart procedures. Lost 45lbs and a lot of muscle mass. I used to compete in nationwide judo competitions and could squat 450lbs in my daily routine. Now I can do about 10,000 steps a day. Came across this video for a way to get back into shape. Can’t wait to do these.

Hi Dayana! I just want to thank you and your videos for helping me stay fit! I have been exercising for 30 minutes (sometimes one hour) everyday for 30 days straight following your videos- such as your warm-up, stretches, arm workout in bed (my fave), full body workouts in bed (second fave), sitting workouts! I have disciplined myself to workout everyday, and it’s made it easier because your videos are direct and easy to follow! They are also fun because I get to move in time with the music playing, and sing along as well haha! I have to tell you, the first day of doing the arm workout, I could not last for even 10 seconds during the scissors (LOL) but now I can do the whole video even without putting my arms to rest! Even the (dreaded) crunches, I have began to embrace and love! I am very proud of myself and it’s thanks to you that I achieved my first goal (30 day workout). I will continue following your videos, and eventually plan to move to your HIIT and longer workouts (once I buy my mat and dumbbells). Thanks, Dayana! I’m off to exercise now for my 31st day ;) haha! 😝

This type of workout appealed to me because it is highly beneficial for me. My weight is 110 lbs. the time when I discovered this workout during the last month of 2020. My height is 4'11, I began to be anxious about my weight because of the pandemic. I've been doing this workout for over two months, every other day before I start my day, and my weight has dropped to 94.7 lbs. after just three months. So, as of today, I've stopped working out and begun eating a lot, and I've gained 11 pounds. Due of my hectic schedule, I have no time for it today. I believe this is a sign that I should resume this workout.

Yes, it’s a good beginner workout. Be careful as losing that much weight in such a short amount of time can lead to health issues. Losing 1-2 pounds of weight per week is a safe and healthy recommendation. Please note that losing over 100 pounds will take at least 6 months to a year or longer. Also you might want to reach to a professional for supervision, someone such as a personal trainer or nutritionist as they could help you with losing that much weight in a healthy and safe way. 🤍

the workout is great but don’t forgot to eat healthy and try other workouts.
The first few days, I was tired and some times sore and I want to stopped but i pushed through, some advice I was to give Is try mixing it up. like today if you want to do full body then the next day do arms and some cardio but try and mix it up but don’t overboard if your hurt or something stop.

I've been so mad at myself for letting myself go. I gained so much weight and an not in shape at all. I just did this workout for the first time tonight. It's nice that I can do it in bed where no one is watching, because I feel ashamed of my weight. I'd be living if I said I didn't struggle a bit with this, but I completed it. I'm hoping to do this every night before bed.

This is just so fun to do! I'm already skinny but sometimes I struggle and I start gaining unwanted weight! when I do this it helps me with my strength(which I obviously lack) and usually makes the weight disappear. this is top tier 10/10!!
