I so much enjoy your episodes. Stunning views, spot on camera work, and such a great patter you, two, have. A suggestion if you're still down there: Go check out the Royal Albatross Centre and take a tour of the old fort at the end of the Portobello peninsula. Worth a look, I'd say! There are always penguins on the peninsula!

I often consider myself to be incredibly lucky to live in Ireland, apart from the bloody rain! But, it really is a beautiful place, and, just a quick hop on a ferry to get to Scotland, possibly the most incredible country ever ❤️
But, the more of your videos I watch the more I am falling in love with New Zealand. Beautiful country, incredible people, the most incredible videographers 👌
The New Zealand tourist board should be paying ye to use these videos 😀 After all, anyone can take a photo or video of a beautiful spot, but not everyone can almost make you feel like you are there with them. That sense of warmth and genuine joy and love for where you are, priceless ❤️

It will be lovely to have you in our country.
We lived there for two years while at University.
One thing you will notice is the speed with which you can get somewhere completely different. You can go skiing and surfing on the same day if you want...

      One thing to check out.
When we lived there. If you were a citizen of Dunedin. You can get a pass that lets you in to attractions for free, if you were taking a paying guest.
That meant that when family and friends came to town we could take them to places without the repeated cost. It was a real bonus.
Oh and remember to research what to bring to entertain yourself if you are in isolation for two weeks... after that, enjoy the freedoms we have with little or no breakout C19 cases.

This video brought back so many lovely memories for me I visited here in 2019 with my dearest friend. we visited tunnel Beach and the walk back up nearly killed me LOL suffice to say I’m not very fit! We also visited the boulders and for me I personally felt it to be a Spiritual experience they were awe inspiring. Mother nature is incredible. Upon our return to Australia my dear friend was diagnosed with cancer and she was gone within a year. I’ve loved your series and I’m returning to the South Island next week but will be going around the top end and the West Coast. Your video series has been very informative and I’m excited to be going there.

@@DanegerAndStacey It's actually 3.5 metres, so you would have made it. The sign was altered from 3.5 to 3.0 recently, after an over-height truck hit the bridge and toppled sideways on to a car going the other way - the car driver received light injuries. That was the fourth truck in the last three years whose driver either didn't know how high his truck was or didn't know how to read and after this last one authorities changed the sign to hopefully make truckies think a bit harder before trying their luck under the bridge.
