Depends on what application you have

@@Nematics_Lab ,Actually my heat brick is deformed and cermaic heat element is broken and need a good quality heating block and likes it's design so I am thinking of replacing heat sink and using it with tevo tarantula

You need to replace entire hot end. Only changing heat block won't work as stock design is different from E3D hot end and anyways E3D is much better than stock one

you should never use thermal paste on a 3d printer. Thermal paste is not designed for temperatures as high as 200+
