thank you so much for these workouts! after my chiropractor said i couldn't use my wrists for awhile i slacked off on my exercises as its hard to find a workout video that doesn't include using ur wrists. now I can get back to getting in shape again

Doing 10 minute abs every other day can get quite dull and repetitive, but I haven't come across some of these moves before, which made it more interesting!
