    1 Avocado Tuna Salad Recipe 310 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    3 oz tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/2 cucumber, sliced
    1/2 avocado (about 80g)
    1/4 small/medium red onion
    1/2 tbsp cilantro
    1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/8 tsp sea salt, or to taste
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, avocado, onion, drained tuna, and cilantro
    In a small bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper (or season to taste)
    Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine and serve.
    2 Chickpea Tuna Salad With Spinach 320 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    1/4 cup chickpeas
    3.5 oz can tuna in water , drained
    1/4 large red bell pepper, finely diced
    1/4 finely chopped red onion
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 cups spinach
    1/2 cup Red Leaf Lettuce
    Freshly ground pepper, and salt to taste
    Preparation
    Combine, bell pepper, onion, spinach, Red Leaf Lettuce, tuna, chickpeas in a medium bowl.
    In a small bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper (or season to taste)
    Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine and serve.
    3 Tuna & Corn Salad 300 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    3.5 oz can Genova Tuna in water
    1/4 cup can corn kernels, rinsed and drained
    1/4 red bell pepper, diced
    1/4 onion, finely sliced
    1 oz feta cheese
    1 tsp cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 tsp olive oil
    3 cherry tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing to combine.
    Serve immediately.
    4 Quinoa Tuna Salad 340 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    3.5 oz drained tuna
    1/4 onion chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp cilantro
    1/4 red bell pepper
    1/4 yellow bell pepper
    1/4 cup quinoa
    1 cup water
    Ground black pepper, and salt to taste
    Preparation
    Bring quinoa and water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until quinoa is tender and water has been absorbed, 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
    In a large bowl, combine quinoa, red onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, tuna, cilantro, then in a small bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper (or season to taste).
    Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine and serve.

      The ingredients for lemon pepper seasoning can be added fresh to tuna.
      1 lemon peeled, seeded & diced.
      1/2 handful of parsley rough chopped.
      1 garlic clove peeled & minced.
      1 (red or green) bell pepper
      Seeded & diced.
      Black pepper large ground (black crack)
      Salt kosher if you have it
      2 rib celery diced
      1 quarter small onion peeled diced
      Several large olives pitted & diced
      Mayo or olive oil to mix
      Half of this should be veggies. Can add
      Diced pickles if you like.

    Oh my God! TH-cam can read my mind! I recently purchased two cans of tuna in brine, and I was wondering what to do with it. So my dinner plan for today is - either the tuna with corn salad, or the tuna with quinoa one. Wondering if it's enough, if I should have it with some bread and butter. Weight is not such a problem right now, getting food on the table is!

    Hay tanta variedad de estas ensaladas y uno lo tiene en la casa es más lo Aragan pero son fáciles y también ponerle lechuga y repollo y mostaza la mostaza sirve para rebajar muy saludable estas ensaladas
