Groundnuts are healthy but they have high calories, try to avoid them

I'm wondering this too!Edit: I primarily use olive oil. Sometimes avocado oil. I wonder if it's fine with these?
Olive oil
For health purpose only use olive oil or 1 tbsp ghee melted
If consume them with dinner then this qty will suitable for how many people.
If enjoyed alongside other main dishes, this quantity should be enough for 3-4 people. Hope this helps!
