Why does the contraction occur while inhale? Physiologically, the muscles of the pelvis should contract when you exhale. (You have to go to the toilet and have to cough/laugh/sneeze, for example)?
focus on pleasing her more than yourself. when i first lost my v card i lasted about 40 min with the girl for the main fact that I just wanted her to enjoy it more than I did, the movements and actions I was doing felt mild to me compared to how she was feeling so it was pretty ez for me to last longer. just basically anytime you bouta do the deed just come in tryna please your partner not yourself. It makes it more intimate and you learn what your partner likes and that’s all you wanna focus on. And anytime you wanna finish just do what feels the best for you. I suggest doing that when she’s done yk and got her rocks off.

Ive heard kegels are dangerous as that area is already usually tight? Wouldn’t you recommend reverse kegels instead?
Towards later end of video he does mention that as moving into child pose.

I finish super fast, that`s my only problem, but doctors said my condition has nothing to cure. Would those things help me lasting longer?
