Thanks for a good workout. I had trouble doing the deer pose so I worked on it a bit more. I have a little problem with my right hip and after these deer poses it actually got worse. What should I do instead?
Just started with your content today. 46/m 190lb computer working. Stiffness is my issue so I’m looking forward to using the program. Is it normal in bridge for my body to be trembling? I’m guessing I’m not use to working these muscles.
Make a *30 year old plus* workout 🏋🏻 routine for us! You did a poll and people in their 30s voted the most from that age group. You have 30 year olds that watch and follow you! We’re getting close to 40 and we can benefit from it, so we won’t have these problems later when we get into our 40s.
@@ManFlowYoga You welcome and thank you for your response! I love your channel and it’s very helpful by giving me warnings up ahead about my body on the do’s & don’ts, as I get older. So I try to take heed and be aware about it. I even try to advocate to my peers about yoga and your channel, even though I may get an ignorant expression from them that yoga is not for them or what is yoga going to really do for them, unless they are in a painful situation. Your yoga videos and lessons help a lot for those that are in a situation and for those who want to prevent a painful experience with their body in the future. People in their 30s and probably in their 20s too, esp men, need to not ignore on what can happen to them down the line when you only have one body when you don’t practice on the exercises that is beneficial and can be used for injury prevention, which I try to do. Being younger is the distraction and you feel that you don’t need to do those exercises now. I am guilty in all of this 🤦🏻♂️ because I was supposed to go down the “rabbit hole” beginning of this year and I didn’t…. I still remember the first video you put out in January. I planned on watching your older videos and partake in them. The year went so fast, but that’s on me. But I will bounce back and do better going forward. Sorry for the long post, but thank you again.
Sir, two nipples on my chest are very puffy. After seeing the USG report of my chest, doctor have said that I have "Lipomastia" disease. Can this disease be completely cured by doing chest excercises ?
