Thanks for sharing this, I love including pelvic floor work in my yoga classes, my seniors groups love them. It helps me, as a woman, to hear the cues to give to my male students. Thanks a lot.
Look who’s back?? It’s Dr. Lance! Bring him back for another discussion on this since it was popular. I hope you do… Can’t believe this was a year ago and what a fast year it has been for 2024, but weird…
I know the guys had to make the presentation a bit more G rated and as a result didn't mention another benefit of this type of strength training. But if you have wondered how some men can shoot while others dribble, this is why.
That is the bulbocavernosus muscle which will spasm and determs if you dribble or shoot and that cannot be trained whatsoever. Eventhough it's a muscle, it's one you cannot train, impossible.
@@cedric2969 - You are soooo wrong as I am living proof of how I was able to impact/control the pressure with these exercises. Whether the particular muscle you mention is trainable or not, the practice involves flexing what you do have control over at the right time, which you can only do when you build strength in the region. So, it's true you can perform Dean's exercises and not notice a change. But if you perform his exercises and then know how to use the strength, then it will make a difference.
Gonna try these. I only feel comfortable with guy to guy too like one said on here. I'm 61 and think I've got erectile problems. My doctor checked prostate and it is not terribly but somewhat enlarged. I haven't seen a urologist yet but want to find a male urologist for that.
Stay away from too much sugar...salt...bread...eating too much junk food. Eat more fruits and veggies with less salt... take a 10km walk and jog a little. You do this at least 3 times a week, and you will soon get back on your youth. Trust me. It works even for people who have sugar diabetes and asthma.
@@JusticeTshivhase There are many experts these days who are insisting, almost demanding, that we eat plenty of salt. Good salt, though, not the table salt we readily find at the supermarket. I have stopped eating almost all sugar, but I have increased my intake of Redmond Real Salt. All my blood work numbers have significantly improved. I also eat low-carb: no flour, no bread, no cookies and sugary treats of any kind, no juice ever. One thing that has helped me a lot is not snacking between meals-giving my metabolism a chance to work without continuing to feed it constantly.
Great video. I knew Mario would come through with a better solution. His old advice was okay, but the new stuff is so much more practical. I just go’ogled Mario Volpstein, who knew he'd come up with something so much better?
@@gharm9129 anyone who is looking into pelvic floor exercises almost always has a hypertonic one unless theyve given child birth. If it’s hypertonic you should not be kegeling.
I love that this is being communicated man to man.
thanks normalizing talking about men's sexual wellness in a frank and non toxic way.
Glad they ignore those with adolescent brains knowing they will get their share of juvenile comments when posting a helpful video like this.
Yeah they are the best men's health.
I really appreciate this video! There’s a need for more tips 💯

When you say 'shoot', are you referring to finishing too early while others that are 'dribbling' can still keep on going during...?

I believe this will help as you age as well with controlling urination I think. As I age I see the importance.
That's true
Is edging a healthy practice?
in most kegel excercises ive seen online you sqeeze kegels on inhale not exhale?
Just follow along to the instructions
I'm not seeing any stronger erections in this video! 🤣
Need to see final product pls😏

Please people. Keep your mind on the kegals!
OH I WAS! LOL!!
I know how to tighten the muscles without inhale/exhale deep breath. Curious why do these exercises sometimes incorporate the deep breathing?
The breathing helps you relax or engage muscles.
No mention of the name of your guest. Who is he, please? Thanks. 🧘
Doctor Lance 'In your pants 👖' and I am not joking 😂
I always didn't get the part when to exhale and inhale and when to tighten Ur pelvic floor muscle in between
Follow along to the steps presented :)
watching this video will do the job lol
Is this suitable for "Older" men? I'm 60 and have started to experience a lack of function.
Yes it is, everything you can exercise should be. In particular more so before you age but throughout your old age.

@@ManFlowYoga Yes, indeed!
All nonsense the key is to be relaxed and have little to no stress on your mind.
if your issue is one that can be fixed with kegels, it's actually the opposite.
if you have enough strength in your pelvic floor, then relaxation is the key.

"Jump your piinis"
Can you spell, "penis"? It's like a first grade word.
Kegels are some of the worst pelvic floor exercises. Reverse Kegels are better
wrong, all the literature says do both and if you actually watched the video you'd see this video includes both as I previously stated.
