Use a moka!🤭 Among the methods of preparation - powder, soluble or capsules - coffee from capsules contains a 5-10 times higher dose of the toxic and carcinogenic Furan or Divinylene Oxide , a product that is generated in the roasting process but which, being highly volatile, is dispersed mostly with other preparation systems. 2) CAPSULE ITSELF TOXIC… Storing food in plastic or aluminum is certainly not ideal. Especially when subjected to sudden changes in heat : why should it be different for coffee? Just because we like it so much? (But is it really tastier then?) 😯 The coffee preparation method is not safe, because it is highly probable that the aluminum or plastic capsule ends up contaminating the liquid with heavy metals and dioxins !

The shell protects the coffee bean from insecticides, but organic coffee is better for the environment.
@@lessehead pesticide residue still likely to end up in the finished coffee beans, it doesn't take much to damage the human gastrointestinal tract, especially with the addition of so many gut destroying food additives in recent years
@@xp1296 There are pesticides in all the produce that we eat, even organic. I eat as healthy as I can, read labels of everything I buy, and don’t eat any junk, excess sugar, etc. At 71, I’m not going to give up my favorite coffee beans.
What’s the advantage of adding butter? Just a way to get more fats in? If you get your fat from food, does it really help to add it to the coffee?
I have always wondered if the plastic from the cups ends up in our system 🤔
I use a ceramic or a stainless steel cup. I don’t use plastic for anything but may be a baggie in the refrigerator.
Keurigs are for lazy baristas
Oh so healthy
@@luisdetomaso867just letting you know, that's not a keurig.
@@caroline-s Single serve pod coffee machines are for lazy baristas. There, are you happy now?
Way back in the 50s my dad would put butter in his coffee when he was out of cream
Looks like a great cup of Joey to me🔥☕🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Parfait, mon ami !
😂
@Jennie Adams Hey Miss Jennie🥰😘 Happy Holidays ❤
LOL I always thought you put a big old tablespoon full... Definitely going to try less next time LOL
Butter is one way to get the good qualities of cream without too many sugars…
Wrong. Cream and butter have the same macros. Butter is just churned cream
@Jennie Adams Take your cream and whip it for ten minutes. It's now butter. Same exact nutritional content, but you can believe otherwise...
The plastic from that kcup style coffee, not worried about the run off of carcinogens?
Lovely coffee!!! I’m Italian how can I possibly stop drinking coffee!! I do butter too !! Thanks for everything doctor Berry. 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩
You're Italian? Use a moka!🤭
Among the methods of preparation - powder, soluble or capsules - coffee from capsules contains a 5-10 times higher dose of the toxic and carcinogenic Furan or Divinylene Oxide , a product that is generated in the roasting process but which, being highly volatile, is dispersed mostly with other preparation systems.
2) CAPSULE ITSELF TOXIC…
Storing food in plastic or aluminum is certainly not ideal. Especially when subjected to sudden changes in heat : why should it be different for coffee? Just because we like it so much? (But is it really tastier then?) 😯
The coffee preparation method is not safe, because it is highly probable that the aluminum or plastic capsule ends up contaminating the liquid with heavy metals and dioxins !
@@DebbieTDP thanks a lot for that 🥩🥩🥩
That looks delicious, must try!!!
Love you Doc and thanks for all you do !! Happy New Year 🎆 ❤
What is that little blender thing? That looks awesome and way easier than a blender lol
Hahaha Dr. instigator ❤
Thanking God for you and Beautiful Neisha 🌹 daily.

I love the Coffee mug Dr . BERRY
I ❤️ bullet proof coffee
My concern though, is whether coffee interferes with nutrient absorption or not and whether if it causes any inflammation.
Ask the people getting 80g of sugar at Starbucks everyday
What kind of butter can we use? What brand?
I wanted a glass container for my daily minerals. I hope they offer it again
I put organic coconut oil in mine
I'm quitting coffee for good this year. haven't had any for over a month now I feel much better
Rooibos tea for the win!
Quit a few months back. Still love the smell of coffee, but feels so much better without it.
My coffee is Medium roast pod, then in bullet blender I put 1/2 stick salted sweat cream butter, add coffee. blend well, poor into coffee cup and drink. Thats all, its great! I have one a day only.
Dr. Berry is a hunk ❤
Yes does he have a single brother, lol
Very nice! But what about the plastic in the coffee pod? I would skip that
Nice way to start the day Dr Berry.
Love it 😊
I've stopped using drops of trace minerals and now use Real Salt in my drinks. Same trace minerals but more economical. Plus, I have a commercial-grade expresso machine. Much nicer than a kitchen appliance for coffee brewing.
Ive been doing this too
Real Salt as in simple table salt or is that a posh brand? Salt as in simply salt? What’s the difference from salting your egg when it’s on top of air fried bacon with your breakfast? I promise I’m not being sly or sarcastic- genuinely curious & new to/ considering a healthier diet for a new year 🧡🌈🏴
How much salt do you use in your drinks? I' m thinking you'd have to use a lot of Real Salt, with its trace minerals, to get the minerals we need, no?
I also have a Nesspresso machine like that one. My coffee has collagen, mct, cream, a splash of nut milk, and sweetened with erythritol. It's my 1-2pm first meal with a handful of roasted and sea salted macadamia nuts. 👌
That’s my coffee too! Love how energized and clear thinking it makes me❤
What coffee is it? It looked good but I couldn't read it.
Why is it orange? 😮
What kind is it?
