The compact crossover arena is fierce, with Honda's CRV, Mazda's CX-5, and Toyota's RAV4 dominating the scene. Nissan stepped up to the challenge, introducing the X-Trail, an instant bestseller in North America. Now, for the 2024 model year, Nissan is set to redefine excellence with a facelift and technological upgrades.
Join us as we delve into the core of the X-Trail's allure. Comfort takes center stage, with a ride quality that's unparalleled and seats so comfortable, it feels like a piece of home on wheels. The interior boasts attractive materials and modern tech, including a colossal 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. And yes, top trims flaunt Google-based software, transforming your driving experience into a seamless, connected journey.

Nissan's CVT transmission is known for issues, which has a class action lawsuit pending. The new version's engine has only three 1.5L cylinders. In order to compensate, Nissan has to use turbo charge. Realistically with CVT transmission plus turbo charged engine, I don't think this will be a reliable car.
