Squeeze a glass of fresh juice (orange, pineapple, mango, or a mix), to help you gulp the oil down. My personal trick is to keep the oil in my mouth and swallow it with a sip of juice, 5 spoons of oil, 5 sips of juice. Lie down for 20 mns with a warm bottle of water on your liver. You will have your first bowel movement within 3-4 hours. Stay close to the bathroom for the day. You will go 4-5 times, it may vary. Have a soup for the day or a very light meal. If you can fast or intermittent fast, it's best (not compulsory). I am on week 5 of my cleanse. I am elated.

Reishi Mushroom is Great to cleanse the liver. My DR put me on it as she said mine was "crap". 3 pills 2 times a day, 3 bottles full. I had an appointment with another DR right after I was done and was told my liver was perfect! I highly recommend it.

I'm a recovering alcoholic and I had pain in my back for years im assuming it was the liver, it was unhappy from the mass amounts of alcohol I was consuming. Since I'm sober I drink alot of soda especially diet Pepsi, I think I need a detox. I wake up and feel tired and just sluggish all day, haven't felt amazing like I did when I first got sober in 2014. I have had pain in my right side and back for over 1.5yrs and docs never suggested it could be my liver. When I insisted on a scan, they eventually gave in. Result: fatty liver and tomorrow am going for a fibroscan. If I hadn't forced my doc to have a scan, I would never have known about this fatty liver. Last year I had a complete body scan and they didn't detect anything. Doctors really get on my nerves! I hope my liver is not too damaged and if it is, that I can repair it. Poor liver! I take Gotukola leaves, murunga and Kathurumurunga leaves wash and finely cut and adding little bit of scraped coconut, finely cut red onions, bit of salt and mix it, can add few drops of lime juice also keep on fire and cook it for few seconds, only Gotukola you must not keep it on fire. Spinach can be eaten like salad leaves with rice. Carrots and pumpkin cooked as curries can be eaten with rice with above mentioned green leaves. We Sri Lankans normally take these in our daily diet. I can appreciate the message you’re trying to put out. I recommend viewing some videos from Dr. Robert Morse. The liver does not store toxins the way you’re portraying here in your video. Toxins or better yet “cellular waste” is dealt with through our bodies lymphatic system. The kidneys and adrenal glands are the key component to keeping our bodies eliminating it’s waste. When the kidneys aren’t filtering is when a persons health will diminish.
I have organic apple , orange , spinach , celery , carrots , flax seed ground powder and almond milk. Smoothie and a bowl of steel cut oat meal, for breakfast. I drink alot of water with lemon juice from lemons. Dinner is black beans cooked in crock pot with spices , and a multi salad mix of more spinach , red onions , shredded carrots , broccoli slaw , and cauliflower, celery. Lemon water.... This is most of my week. Then when the weekend I will have alittle something else.

I have terrible eating habits but all of the things mentioned in this video are things I like but don't eat often enough. The only thing that would be new to me is Green Tea so it wouldn't be difficult to add that to my diet and increase the intake of all the others. I am going to try doing it and making it part of my otherwise poor eating habits.
Garlic has Vitamin C and Vitamin B6. By the way on the video you did not mention that turmeric has to be taken with black pepper so what actually stays in the body and does it work

My uterine Cancer spread to my lungs and liver. The areas are under 2 cm and are reducing after 3 months of chemo. I am trying to do everything in my power mentally, physically and spiritually. Reishi Mushroom is Great to cleanse the liver. My DR put me on it as she said mine was "crap". 3 pills 2 times a day, 3 bottles full. I had an appointment with another DR right after I was done and was told my liver was perfect! I highly recommend it.

Hello I want to make a drink using the ingredients that was shown in the video to cleanse and clean my liver
I'm a recovering alcoholic and I had pain in my back for years im assuming it was the liver, it was unhappy from the mass amounts of alcohol I was consuming. Since I'm sober I drink alot of soda especially diet Pepsi, I think I need a detox. I wake up and feel tired and just sluggish all day, haven't felt amazing like I did when I first got sober in 2014. So ill give a few suggestions a shot. Thanks for the info.

I have had pain in my right side and back for over 1.5yrs and docs never suggested it could be my liver. When I insisted on a scan, they eventually gave in. Result: fatty liver and tomorrow am going for a fibroscan. If I hadn't forced my doc to have a scan, I would never have known about this fatty liver. Last year I had a complete body scan and they didn't detect anything. Doctors really get on my nerves! I hope my liver is not too damaged and if it is, that I can repair it. Poor liver! People take it for granted.

I take Gotukola leaves, murunga and Kathurumurunga leaves wash and finely cut and adding little bit of scraped coconut, finely cut red onions, bit of salt and mix it, can add few drops of lime juice also keep on fire and cook it for few seconds, only Gotukola you must not keep it on fire. Spinach can be eaten like salad leaves with rice. Carrots and pumpkin cooked as curries can be eaten with rice with above mentioned green leaves.

I can appreciate the message you’re trying to put out. I recommend viewing some videos from Dr. Robert Morse. The liver does not store toxins the way you’re portraying here in your video. Toxins or better yet “cellular waste” is dealt with through our bodies lymphatic system. The kidneys and adrenal glands are the key component to keeping our bodies eliminating it’s waste. When the kidneys aren’t filtering is when a persons health will diminish.

I have organic apple , orange , spinach , celery , carrots , flax seed ground powder and almond milk. Smoothie and a bowl of steel cut oat meal, for breakfast. I drink alot of water with lemon juice from lemons. Dinner is black beans cooked in crock pot with spices , and a multi salad mix of more spinach , red onions , shredded carrots , broccoli slaw , and cauliflower, celery. Lemon water.... This is most of my week. Then when the weekend I will have alittle something else.

Regarding Garlic. Nowadays available Garlic doesn't have fragrance and taste that was available 25 years back. Is this Garlic available now good for liver?
I have terrible eating habits but all of the things mentioned in this video are things I like but don't eat often enough. The only thing that would be new to me is Green Tea so it wouldn't be difficult to add that to my diet and increase the intake of all the others. I am going to try doing it and making it part of my otherwise poor eating habits.
