When I juice I’ll take two bundles of Kale, a lrg bag of Spinach, 6 Cucumbers, a hunk of Ginger, 6 lemons, and 6 Granny Smith apples and juice it. With about a cup of ACV and fill the rest of the gallon jug up with distilled water.

I air fry my kale! I use coconut oil, garlic powder and shredded parm. Very good but have to be careful not to AF to long. 2 min, move around and 1-2 min more.
@IcExHeCzokay are you being positive or negative regarding the air fryer because yes the Teflon and the heat will affect your brain because of what it does to your food we don't use teflon or a microwave for over a decade now

Just be mindful if you suffer from kidney stones. Kale over Spinach.
