    ➡️ Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated makes it easier for the kidneys to perform their duties by removing toxins and waste in the form of urine. Your urine is the best indicator of dehydration. To check, you can simply observe 1) the amount and 2) the color of urine that is produced. The average person typically expels around six cups of urine each day. So If you’re not urinating enough, this most likely means that you aren't drinking enough water and you probably need to increase your healthy fluid intake.
    ➡️ Limit Your Sodium Intake
If you eat a sodium-rich diet, you are most definitely not alone. On average, Americans consume around 3,400 mg of sodium per day, which exceeds the recommended intake by more than 1,000 mg. Consuming too much sodium is not good at all for your kidneys, because - first, a high sodium diet increases the amount of calcium in your urine which increases your risk of forming kidney stones.
➡️ Eat Foods That the Support Kidneys
We've already established that eating processed foods that are high in sodium is not good for your kidneys. Instead, you can opt for fresh foods that are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants in order to give your kidneys a nice little boost. You’ve most likely heard the saying that an apple a day can keep the doctor away, right? Well, this includes the kidney doctor (nephrologist) as well.
    ➡️ Try Herbal Teas
Herbal teas have been used medicinally for thousands of years for everything from weight loss to a full body detox. Herbal teas are often loaded with antioxidants which provide anti-inflammatory effects among other cleansing benefits. Studies found that they can even reduce the risk of developing kidney stones as well.
➡️ Take the Right Vitamins and Supplements
Just as the lungs need oxygen, your kidneys require proper vitamins and nutrients as well in order to keep them functioning properly.
    ➡️ Vitamin B-6
Studies found that this vitamin reduces calcium oxalate, which ultimately reduces the risk of developing kidney stones.
    ➡️ Andrographis
Studies suggest that this herb contains properties that can be beneficial in reducing the toxic effects that occur from alcohol consumption. More research is needed in this area but preliminary findings are promising.
    ➡️ Avoid Artificial Sweeteners
You may have already swapped processed sugar for artificial sweeteners as a way to be healthier and consume fewer calories.

    • @emilbortnowski128
      @emilbortnowski128 3 ปีที่แล้ว +30

@@sergiodiaz1354 Yes thats true but its not that simple to get kidney stones just by eating oxalates. The condition in your body has to be right and if you then consume high amount of oxalates your body isnt able to get rid of it properly. I think that your ph level has to be quite low in order to form kidney stones. So a person is in permanent and prolonged acidosis. Acidosis cause calcium deposits in the kidneys, which may lead to kidney stones. And also it causes potassium problems and probably Vit. K2 Because if you have enough of Vit. k2 you shouldnt be able to form kidney stones. And testing if you ph levels are good is almost not doable because your urine ph level is different from lets say other organ areas in your body. Blood test of ph level at home is very inaccurate because blood oxidized very fast(almost instantly) when its out of our body and that oxidation will chance your blood ph levels. So you need to visit your doctor to take a blood sample to test it correctly. So again eating foods high in oxalates doenst mean you will get kidney stones, its not that simple and it doesnt happen over night. You need months and in most cases even years in order to get kidney stones. Drink apple cidar vinegar to regulate your stomach ph level and your bile salts levels. And pls dont come to this channel. Go to Dr. Berg's youtube channel for real information. This channel only provides mainstream medical info which is mostly false.

    8-magnesiium supplement.
9- epsom salt bath ( no shorter than 40 mins to absorb the magnesium through the skin)

I kinda left off with supplements that are artificial, unless it's like added to foods like cereals, and juices. I think your system gets used to artificial supplements. I think it's better to take less artificial supplements then cut then out. You can find many vitamins in red rooibos African tea, I mix that with a natural sweetener stevia leaf 🌿, I get mine from Glenbrook Farms. Garlic and onion powder I may add these to my foods too. Of course fruits and veggies.

We need salt. Now, having said that what's important is the type of salt. Ionized white table salt is not good for anyone. Pink himalayan, celtic sea salt, as well as gray and/or white mediterranean sea salt the body needs.
Ionized salt has minerals stripped from it, some are bleached and then iodine is added. The other salts mentioned have essential minerals the body needs to function with naturally occurring iodine. These salts hold and maintain the fluid levels in the body as well as providing electrolytes so as not to dehydrate the body or cause extra fluid to collect in the body, like regular cheap table salt. These salts also have a much better taste. The cheap salts also have anti-caking agents in them.

    1. Detox.
    2. Stay hydrated.
    3. Less sodium and no artificial sweetener.
    4. Herbal tea.

Most herbal teas don't work, you need to be specific as to WHAT herbal teas.
Some teas that SCIENCE and not Facebook idiots support is green tea.
Also, detox doesn't work. The body cleanses itself.

I have almost stage 4. I only eat 3 g of salt per day and low potassium foods, no meat no fish. My nephrologist is very happy so I am too. Consider this - most home baking allowed! With Unsalted butter, soy milk soy Greek yoghurt is so good. I have afternoon smoothie every day - favorite celery leaves, pure cranberry juice. spoon of strawberry jam for sweetness, frozen strawberries, soy milk. Helps with fatigue. I live in France so it is so hard to be surrounded by food I love but shouldn’t eat but I can now it is just a routine. I am always looking for dinner recipes.

I hope you don’t mind me asking, by stage 4 do you mean stage for of chronic kidney disease? Could you explain how it’s affected your daily life? I’m going thru what could be considered kidney issues and I’m very scared about how it will affect my life. I hope you see this soon. Thanks

Look into nettle tea. A cup of water brought just to boiling poured over a strainer of 2 tablespoons of organic tea leaves. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Then put the strainer with the soaked leaves into a 2nd cup and put into the fridge for the next day. Nettle is low in oxalates, high in magnesium, alkalizes the body, and will count toward your water intake.
