    Suggestion: I like amapiano kinda songs or like killing Dem by burna boy typa music

    My resistance band came today so I did your workout. At first I thought I can’t do this it was so hard at first BUT I kept going and made it to the end! 💪🏽 glutes feel like jelly but I feel good! I’ll add this to my workout routine 👌🏾👍🏽

    I don’t have this kind of resistance band but would ankle weights be an effective way to add resistance? Video looks like a lot of fun but I still want to feel the extra leg/booty burn if possible!
