    I have been doing one of your videos each morning during this quarantine! My tummy would be flatter if I would stop binge eating fruit snacks, but I'm getting there! I am glad you are posting new ones almost daily

Even if you're not eating well yet you're still doing better than if you were just sitting around so remind yourself that. This quarantine isn't something any of us prepared for. I'm here for you!

    Rachel representing Nigeria really well. Love the artists Yemi Davido Burna boy and the added bonus of getting to exercise while listening. I must confess, she looks so good doing it, and gets you feeling it too everytime she goes 'ayyee..' After my session I sat and watched like a tv program afterwards. That 5 min warm up clip is a performance in itself. She can really move. Bwoy.

    I've been doing 2 of your short workouts and 1 long workout, this day, and I feel very good about it! When I did other workouts, I couldn't finish even 1 a day, but with your workouts, I am successful! Although I didn't even 1 move perfectly! Thank you so much for your effort in these workouts! I love them!

    I've never commented on a TH-cam video before but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed this workout! Mind you I did it WITH dumbbells and a resistant band to make it harder but I absolutely loved every second!!!!!!!! This was fun! Highly recommended!!!
    Side note: Not me feeling like I'm in the club when we were turning around 🤣🤣
