    I have been watching your videos since August- they’ve motivated me and helped get me in the best shape of my life, and i don’t even know where to start to explain the positive impact that you and your videos have had on my mental health. When i have a bad day, i just know i need to dance it out. I canNOT wait to FaceTime with my best friend, and do this workout and shake booty together - TY EMILY!!! 💜💜💜

    Have been doing online dance workouts for over 2 years now, right now this one is the BEST! As much as I love choreo, it often slows down your workout. ANd other HIIT videos are sooo not nice, just punishing. This one makes HIIT fun and doable for everybody. And I love that she is REAL.

    I love how you’re in just as much pain as we are.. or at least show us that you are bc a lot of other TH-camrs just like SMILE AS THEM AND THEIR VIEWERS ARE IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN and it kinda sets the vibe off because you’re like I’m the only one struggling with this and it seems so easy yet it hurts so much. Sorry for making you read all this but this has been the MOST motivation I’ve ever felt to do legs and butt and cardio mixed with a little bit of karate

    This was so awesome. I did one of your videos for the first time yesterday & wanted to do another today. I've really struggled finding exercise that doesn't feel like punishment while in recovery from my eating disorder, and this was SO FUN!! Thank you for making these videos, I fully plan on trying all of your types of fun dance ones in the future!!!

    OMG, My legs are on fire, I'm out of breath but feeling happy :D Daymn, I think this was the most challenging workout I've done in a while, finishing 2022 with a bang :) Can't wait to start doing your Flex program in 2023! Hopefully, Day 1 is not a leg day :DDD

    thank you so much for this video!!!! I started using it after i had my baby Jan 2022. I had gained so miuch weight while pregnant (45 pounds) & then I started doing this work out 3-4 times a week & lost all of my baby weight! my waist, butt, & legs look soooo good lmaoooo. Thanks Em!     I've always been an active person (my hobbies include walking/hiking yoga, dancing as a performer and just for fun) but I'm relatively new to working out.
    I started doing Chloe Ting workouts about 4 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it, but I need to add some more cardio!!

    Hey y’all! For anyone like me who uses the ‘rise up’ method to substitute any jumps, idk if you’re also like me and just can’t seem to feel like I’m pushing myself enough when I only rise up, but what I like to do to really FEEL it without jumping: rise on those toes but keep it low! Like for Bootylicious I was squatting the general whole time and when I rise up I only lift off of my feel but I stay low, super low impact but MAN i feel it! Idk if this will actually help anyone but I thought I’d share!

    I only started doing this workout three weeks ago and I can already see and feel the difference. First time doing it though I thought it's more of a leg killer than a booty burn. But my butt is so sore the next day.haha.. Also doing it with my best friend on video call and it's hilarious watching the other attempt to twerk. Loving it. Thank you
