Every video of you motivates me. Unfortunately, the box that existed in my city, here in Brazil, could not stand the economic effects of the pandemic and ended up closing its doors. They are now in another city and making progress, which makes me happy anyway. I look up to you for other sports that I also practice, such as weight training, running and basketball. Even though they are different proposals for physical conditioning, the mentality how you face life and sport excites me and encourages me to continue, even without Crossfit in my daily life!

What is your happy medium for stretching before and after a workout.

I love the way the camera almost never showed the speaker's legs. Since she lifts weights, it would be interesting to see the whole person. But of course, the camera operator dictated that the woman would be cut in half at the waist.

Giving the title worlds fittest? That's a bit much. Womens crossfit champion would be more accurate. There are billions of people on this planet. Others in crossfit that would probably run circles around her, they don't like to be public or to be social.
I hate to say this, but I kinda hope she loses the 2022 CrossFit Games. I’m ready to see someone else win.
