You don't know how many times I've heard your voice saying 'put your head down and work...' In the gym and out. I'm in grad school at 52 for nurse practitioner. I cannot begin to tell you how instrumental this phrase has been for me...thank you for all of your motivation. LOVE it!!! #GOAT

I know exactly where you are in Lake Placid. I would love to be able to balance on that board like you three. That drill you were doing where you start sitting on the ground and then run, I do that as a hockey drill. Shout out to those of you who have to fight challenges like Jobs, Kids, relationships that dont necessarily have the glamorous rewards like winning the Crossfit Games. Maintaining that mental strength to endure these trials without the guarantee of recognition is as difficult if not more so than what Tia has to deal with. Youre all legends
