to shane: you have no idea how much your dedication inspires people around the world. on every video you post it's evident how much work you put into the girl thats now known as fittest in history, and how much of yourself you invest in her. and the whole crossfit community is so thankfull for that! to tia: i feel like you've proven yourself beyond the shadow of a doubt this past weekend. and even with the olimpic training that you've been doing and with so many people doubting your capability of jugling two full time carriers you still brought us home a win and most important of all a statement, that when you put your mind to something nothing can ever divert you from your goal. keep up the good work and keep surprising and inspiring us!

It was great to see how Tia reacts when her back is against the wall. As a Tia (and Shane!) fan, I love seeing her leading by a wide margin, but seeing the fire and intensity she brings when that's not the case is awesome AND THAT CELEBRATION after the final event WAS AMAZING! 🔥🔥🔥

My moment from this weekend was when you took the time after the final event & before the awards ceremony I think, to take pictures with every single fan! You had told the lady working the event something along the lines of wanting to go around and take pictures, and you told the fans to get their cameras ready so that each person could have an opportunity to meet you.
You are SO gracious with fans and so humble and I truly truly appreciate you! Shane too. :)

Just when i thought i couldnt love you two anymore, you post this video. Tia (and Shane) you are just on another level, in a class of your own and you never fail to impress. Even after crossfit and bobsled and whatever other adventure you embark on is all said and done, i hope you still keep sharing with us as you are simply top notch, inspiring human beings.

@@cutter7369 One, have you actually considered that these people have actually trained hard and have been athletes their entire lives which is why they can perform the way they do.
Secondly, show me a visible side effect of the steroid use proving your point other than her physique because anyone can build her type of physique over the years.
3rdly, it would be horrible if you were right and she were on gear.
It was an awesome weekend. You mentioned the crowd yelling in event 4.....it was amazing watching you sprint across that field to win it! It literally gave me chills! And seeing you celebrate after event 7 was awesome to see in person.

I’m a huge fan of the Tia Team. I was yelling at my live stream on television (You Got This…That’s my girl!!) during so many events. Sunday was especially a nail biter! Thank you Shane for the recaps over the weekend. It helped to feel more connected with you guys and the competition in general. Hard work pays off, congratulations Tia on the win!

Tia is the most underappreciated Australian athlete on the planet and I don't think the world of sports coaching in general gives Shane the credit he deserves. His insight into not only his sport but human movement in sport is something special.......and I am not even a CrossFitter. Keep up the great work.

It is very unfortunate that people will hate and make accusations about someone that they no nothing about. If these people would spend the same amount of time appreciating the hard word and training these athletes put in then this world might be just a little better. Congratulations Tia and Shane!!! I am a huge fan from Texas and wish I could have been at the Rogue invitational to meet both of you but unfortunately I am working in California at the moment.

Rogue is just different and you all seemed to show a bit more of your individual personality even though it was a competition.
I found it funny that during Shane's breakdown of day 2, he was putting the CF games on a pedestal (which it is), but it seemed like he was hedging how day 3's results would pan out. All in all thanks for the journey....btw....you know you'll need to get the Olympic tat now :)

My dream would be for Tia to train me for a day so I can learn what I'm Capable of and learn how to train to get strong.
I'm Nordic and I build muscle really quickly. I'm short and stocky but feel crippled because I only know what I can do in the gym just from experience. Anyway, that would be my dream. Good job I'm 45 years old and I look up to you. 🙂

When Shane is coaching you Tia, does he have a hard time at this point convincing you that you can be beaten? Cause I watched this invitation and thought WOW, Tia isn't leading on the first day. I don't know a lot of people that are that much better than the field at their chosen profession and I really want to understand how it happens that you stay ahead.
Mike Tyson once said he used to have fear that his next opponent would beat him, all through training he would be afraid, he would dream of this person humiliating him and it kept him going in training. When he lost the fear he started losing fights.
How does this work out for you? Especially with the other athletic endeavors you are embarking on
