Everything is well thought out. Hope once everything is in place and permanent you can tidy up the spaghetti mess. Lol

Love the content, do you have any dyno numbers for it?
Also, I’d like to see the exterior of the car

What type of power are you running. And how much do you have into your build. I'm just wanting to do som intake work to make a 4.2 with single turbo and some internals with some work for the 4r70w transmission I have in the car to run eventually up around 400whp on a relativley reliable build I can run for a while. Any chance you can advise on the way to go with that and the type of price range I'd be looking at

If you want 400 RELIABLE hp you need a better engine, I love these Essex v6's but every build above 250 horses is super complicated and experimental

Great video!! I would like to know why you running a air to air intercooler and a water to air intercooler? Would it be more effective if you just running water to air intercooler?

I only needed the air 2 air to equally plumb the cold side for a decent price. A a2w same TT intercooler is 2200$ or 4x price. It was either a2a intercooler or make a Y junction and add a water intercooler wich may still happen as I saved a water outlet for one. Im not sure of the intercooling efficiency of my water cooled intake yet its still a prototype

@@MustangV6TechSupport I see your layout thanks for explaining. I have a 1994 v6 with m90 supercharger with water to air intercooler but planning on adding twins or just a turbo to it. I did read online a guy with a Ford Thunderbird sc was running both a2a and w2a intercooler and is iat was low.

Would you be able to get ahold of a gtx3576r turbo? I’d like to guide you on a project that I don’t want to take on myself, mostly because I don’t want to work on the 3.8 because there’s a lot of parts that aren’t very desirable (heads mainly). I’d like to help you do a “factory-style” single to clean up the engine bay

Personally more interested in twin small turbo street car than big single turbo street car. Im not working for big HP on this just big >5 second accelleration. Im expecting zero to minimal boost lag on this >60mph where the 3576R on the street is gonna have double the lag this does across the whole band until 60+

@@MustangV6TechSupport I see what you’re saying. Garrett says their gtx3576r can go “up to” a 4.5 l engine, I’d just go with the second largest turbine housing to get optimal spool without choking it, and all of this will open some space for the engine bay. I bring it up cause I have an idea for a really neat way to do all the intake ducting work and I’d like to see it in action without dropping $5k out of my own pocket 😅 you already have half the parts on my list
