I recently bought a 04 3.9L Oxford white mustang and I been having a problem with lack of power I believe the intake manifold could be bad. I feel lucky to find this channel. I sent request for your page on fb. Awesome helpful content keep it up man

Swap the intake to f150 or windstar 100% getting it just right might be a bitch tho for hood clearance

Can you do a video on converting the original fuel rails to a return style system? Like can you see if there’s any fittings on it that can be swapped out?

Pending on what level fuelling and intake manifold, the bare bones choice is between 3.8 windstar or 4.2 f150 return style rail or Freestar rail, using sn95 return fuel line. Freestar needs a regulator. At the tank would need i beleive 7/16? quick disconnect female fitting to 3/8 hose barb fitting to terminate the gas line into a 3/8 barbed fitting. This costs only about 100$ total.
Release fuel hat and levitate either a Tupperware or vaccum/both into the tank and drill a hole catching the debris. Gauge to 1/2"
Screw a " double end 3/8 bulk head barbed connector" into the hole.
Connect the fuel line to the tank with 3/8 gas hose. Insert 6" 3/8 gas hose into the tank onto the under side of the fitting to submerge the returning fuel.
Technically all you need is a return rail, most these have regulator on the rail, a line and a tune.

@@MustangV6TechSupport the application, or part in question, is the oem 99-04 fuel line. I don’t have the patience to swap out lines but would like to know if the effort is worth it on the factory line. I lean more towards mainly sbf swaps but would like to do stuff to the original 3.8 in a new edge

I do not have those item also no available blocks to build it for youtube. That swap is extensively documented on google though as "Split Port swap" can give you far more info than I can.
